Great Beach House for family and friends!

Six Bedrooms, 4 full baths, 6 queen beds, 4 twin beds

3 story house built in 2005

Main Level:

You enter on the main level which is the second floor. The living, kitchen and dining areas are located here and two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, and one full bath.

Third Floor:

Large master suite with a queen size bed and a huge bathroom complete with garden tub. Fourth bedroom, queen bed, is also on this floor with a full bathroom.

Downstairs:

5th bedroom is the Bunk room with 2 sets of twin bunk beds and 6th bedroom with 2 queen beds. Laundry room is located here as well.

There are also 3 twin roll a ways in the home. There is a one car garage for your use. In the garage there are a few beach toys for you convenience. The home offers wireless internet and has a charcoal grill. There is a $100 pet fee that is non refundable.

Sleeps 16, excluding the 3 roll a ways, 12 dining seats, 1 car garage, but can fit at least 2 more cars in each of the two driveways. No street parking is allowed.

We thoroughly enjoyed the long weekend ar the house. Great location. We cooked family meals and the kitchen is very nicely stocked. The community pool is walkable, as is the beach. Plenty of parking.

Had a family reunion with my kids, grandkids, great grand baby and friends! Went to the beach three days and shopped Port Aransas! The house was the perfect location and size for our bunch!

Fantastic House Close to Beach

Overall, the group had a great time. Plenty of clean beds and kitchenware to cook a few meals. Very close to beach and the community pool was a plus.

There was plenty of bed space for a large group! It was kind of fun that it was just a few steps away to the Port Aransas Lodge which had food and beer! Great get-a-way place!

Great Family Beach House

We enjoyed being able to have all our family under one roof to enjoy games, cooking and hanging out. Pool was very nice. Much closer to beach than expected.

Hard to get into lockbox for key then key hard to turn! 3 of the 4 codes were wrong, kids never got to swim due to that! Smaller upstairs bedroom had no top sheet! Both upstairs baths had hot & cold mixed up! Why only ONE extra roll of toilet paper in a house that holds 18! Master bed squeaks with every movement and patio door won’t lock! We have a guest lodge on the ranch and furnish dish soap, toilet paper, 6 towels per bathroom, water, etc.!! Not sure why we pay a cleaning fee when we had to do most of it! Worst vacation house we have used and now we understand why people are going back to hotels - clean sheets, towels and breakfast!!

Great place for winter Texans

Our second year here for 2 months. Great location. Ocean views. Very roomy. Tonya is very prompt to respond to any issue, often in just minutes. Lots of beach chairs and toys. Incredibly well stocked kitchen. Do be aware that all dining seating is on highboys.

We had a wonderful time. We did run out of toilet paper but that was an easy fix. We rented a golf cart and was quite surprised with the discount. Thank you for that. We had one with a foot boot and my husband and I are older so the stairs were a challenge but stayed on the main floor just fine. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

Great Home for Big Family Vacation

My husband and I wanted to get the kids and grandkids together for a big family vacation. This home was perfect! The 6 bedrooms worked perfectly. The 2 bedrooms on the 3rd floor have their own bathroom. The 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor were perfect for my kids with kids 3 and under, as it was right off the kitchen, dining and living area. The first floor was great for the tween and teenager. We all fit perfectly and were very comfortable. The kitchen was big enough to have both my daughter and I cooking and preparing food at the same time. The walk to both the beach and pool was easy and painless. The dining room table sat 8 and even had a highchair. The living room was comfortable, with several games and throw blankets. They were well prepared for all of us with bedding, pillows and towels. It truly was the best home we have ever rented in Port A. We plan on returning next year.

We loved the beautiful home. Will most definitely stay again

Stayed at this beautiful home for two nights and we wish I had stayed longer. This home is close to the beach, there is a restaurant around the ways if you don’t want to cook. Had most of the cooking you Utensils you need for your stay. there were a few minor problems. Like the outside shower left up to turn on and turn down to turn off but keep playing for its perfect shutoff. Per Maintenance advice. some of the doors dont shut easily. not a big deal when someone was there but when we all left we had to forcefully close and lock the doors. Over all the stay was great and we would stay again

Disappointing and Dirty!

One word...dirty. This place needs a good deep cleaning, whoever they are paying too clean needs to be fired. Baseboards look like no one has touched them in ages, layers of dust can be seen on ceiling fans and surfaces of windows from the landing on the stairs, there was even a piece of dried cheese left on the upper alcove area could attract rodents. Towels stuffed in cabinet not even folded and some left from last visitors stayed in the dryer. Washing machine not working first day there. Some of the towels and bathmats along with pillow covers had brown stains on them, did not even look clean. The bbq pits outside were in terrible condition one even had a rusted out hole in it, we had too use the tiny round one that could fit probably 3 hamburger patties on it. The blender was missing part of the lid so we could not use it. And all the pots and pans are just thrown in the cabinets. Inside of cabinets looked very dirty. The sofa could do with an upgrade too, very worn out. All in all very disappointing because the pictures online gave you a totally different impression of what the place really looks like up close. Several roaches were also seen throughout the home, as well as random "junk" just left in cabinets. No bathmats in some bathrooms so you had to use few towels they give you as bathmat and no hand towels either. You have to buy more of your own trash bags and paper towels since there are no kitchen towels to dry dishes with as well as toilet paper.

Excellent!

Our family gets together to go on vacation in Port A every July! We stayed at this beautiful beach house in 2021 and we fell in love. We missed being able to stay in 2022, so we hurried to book for this year and are so glad we did. We love staying at this beach house. It’s big enough for all 16 of us to have our own space, while also being together. Has plenty of parking for our vehicles as well as the golf carts we rent. House is always clean and welcoming. Easy check in and Tanya is great at providing all the info needed, as well as getting back to you quickly if you need to reach her for any reason. We love Anchor drive, it’s so close to the beach. And this specific house on Anchor Drive is close enough to literally walk 5 mins (or less) and be on the beach! You can see the beach from the 3rd floor balcony!! There is beach chairs and toys in the garage, which is really convenient! House has all the amenities you could need, and the community pool & hot tub are wonderful! We love staying at this house and can’t wait to book again for next year! Thank you again, Tanya, we truly love staying at this house. We had the very best time!

House was in a pretty Decent neighborhood, had plenty of beach toys for the kids, a really good amount of space in the house for everyone there. Plenty of outdoor sitting areas, all with a roof overhead that you can enjoy the ocean breeze on without being directly in the sun. Had a few touch ups that could be done around the place( all just cosmetics) but an overall great place to stay, especially since its only a 3 minute walk to the beach!!

We loved the property and location! Just a couple minutes walk to the beach. The house is huge with lots of room for a large family gathering. The kitchen is fully stocked with more dishes/pans than we needed, which is rare. Will definitely go back!

Beach Party!

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at this property and it doesn't disappoint. So close to the beach and room for all. We had a few issues occur while we were there, but the host, Tonya, responded quickly and everything was taken care of. Thanks Tonya! A great time had by all!!
