Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Awesome room except 2in TVs

I loved the room..very nice and clean my only issue is the cable and the 2in TVs in the bedrooms.we couldn't add our Netflix or anything..very outdated

Roomy condo

We loved having our family and friends as there was plenty of room. Several items need updating but the owner is addressing this after our stay. Staying again next year in this rental.

Not what expected at all

The condo was NOT how it was described on the website/pics. I had a lot of issues with it, 1) the front door would not shut properly, 2) one of the bathroom doors would not lock so people can walk in on you if they didn’t know you were in there, 3) one of the closet doors was broken, 4) the pull out sofa bed was HORRIBLE, one end of the bed kept falling thru(literally had to sleep sideways or curled up so you wouldn’t hit the floor! 5) you had to SLAM the dryer door shut bc it wouldn’t close properly, 6) the queen beds were not comfortable and looked OLD, 7) the carpet was FILTHY, we all had to wear socks or the bottom of our feet was black They did send maintenance up to try to fix some of the issues but some he tried to “fix” was not. To be honest I don’t know if I would stay there again.

Beautiful beach condo

The condo was great. The balcony gave us hours of enjoyment watching the beautiful gulf below. We were able to see the New Years fireworks perfectly from the balcony. We had to call maintenance one time because the microwave wasn’t working and they brought one to us the next day. The only complaint is that the king sized bed had too small sheets, but I didn’t call anyone because since it was only me using the bed I could stay on one side. Will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home

This one was beautiful it had a fully stocked kitchen with utensils and stuff. The bedrooms and bathrooms and living area and dining area were immaculate and clean. We especially loved the balcony with a full sea view. Only problems we had was the check in process and the elevators take too long to get to anywhere. The home was beautiful with only a few minor things that were broke like a toilet paper holder and one shelf in the refrigerator.
