Gite on the 1st floor of the house with outside access, comprising a living room-kitchen lounge area, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 140x190 cm / 2 single beds 80x190 cm which can be joined to form 1 double bed 160x190 cm), a bathroom (walk-in shower and WC). Balcony. Fenced garden with spa (summer only). Parking. Detached house located in the lower part of Macot la Plagne, a typical Tarentaise village at the foot of major ski resorts. Fenced garden with flowers and trees, bordering a stream, with a spa (access only from April to October depending on weather conditions). Lockable ski and bike storage. Private parking for 2 cars. Public charging station 150 m away. 10km from the Roche chairlift linking the La Plagne / Paradiski ski area (430km of slopes), ideal location for exploring winter and summer skiing, hiking and cycling between Vanoise, Haute-Tarentaise and Beaufortain. 2km away, Macôt leisure center with supervised swimming, cycle path, rafting on the Isère, picnicking or relaxing, children's games.
