Can’t say enough great things about this rental experience! We booked this last minute when other plans fell through and the renters were so accommodating and the property was clean and perfect for our trip. It can be difficult finding a place for a big group and so happy this was available. Very close to ski areas, nature and other attractions. We will definitely be booking this on our next trip to Colorado. Highly recommend!

The bathroom doors don't have locks on them. Otherwise, great house.

Hey Skyler, thanks for pointing this out. I think it’s very valuable to know for future renters. We had a number of toddlers lock themselves both in the bathrooms and the bedrooms and they were not able to get out easily. There was one experience where the renters had to call a locksmith to open the door. So because of that, we took the direction from VRBO and Airbnb to not have locks on the doors because the safety of the children is a priority.

The house was perfect for our family group of seven. Plenty of space to spread out, big kitchen table to have meals at and play games and large TV to watch the basketball game! Air conditioning was not working. However, the owner communicated with us ahead of time and offered us a refund, but because we needed a house with no steps for our elderly dad, we stayed anyways and even though the house was warm, he allowed us to purchase fans and reimbursed us for them and got his handyman over to get all the windows open, which we really appreciated. Once we got the fans and got the windows open, everything was great.

Past guests have told us that they love our home because it feels like they are home when they are here with their family. We offer an affordable stay with access to all the Aspen valley has to offer without the Aspen prices. We are located only 10 min from downtown but the location of the hose is rural enough so you can unplug, relax and unwind at the end of an exciting day. We are located minutes from the natural Glenwood Hot Springs and the Glenwood Adventure Caverns which is the local amusement park. Come and enjoy easy access to world-class outdoor activities like hiking, mountain biking, and camping. We are sure you'll love our house because we do!
