Conveniently located on the ground floor of Thunder Island, this spacious, two-bedroom condo allows you to stroll out your door and easily reach the complex swimming pool and bayfront dock.

Spend your days lounging on the beach or boating in the bay, and your evenings relaxing back at home in the comfort of central air conditioning. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, a private patio, free WiFi, a washer/dryer, and flatscreen TVs in the living room and both bedrooms.

Thunder Island is a bayfront property that's wonderful for beach-goers, convention attendees, and boating enthusiasts alike. On the grounds, you'll find an outdoor pool and a dock (the dock is available for an additional fee); right next door is the Roland E. Powell Convention Center. You'll be less than two blocks from the ocean beach and within walking distance of midtown's many restaurants, shops, bars, mini-golf courses, and other attractions.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Enjoyed our week

The condo had everything we needed. We enjoyed our vacation. Kids had a fabulous time. If I had one negative thing to say it would be that the bed in the master bedroom could be bigger, other than that it was clean, convenient and enjoyable.

GREAT LOCATION

Had a great stay and the facility worked well for the 2 of us. Just a couple of suggestions: we have never been at any facility without hair dryes, the silver wear was pathetic(ie.no salad tongs), I had to go out and buy 1 toilet paper roll, we are both short and without directions had a hard time operating the dryer. All that said, the floor plan was perfect and we enjoyed our stay.

As far as the views go and location couldn't ask for more. Short walk to the beach and plenty to do. Friendly quest as well. I will not rent this unit again. One of the comforters had dried blood on it. The beds where absolutely terrible to where we left a day early. The couches literally sink to the ground when sitting on them. The shower in the orange bathroom reaked of BO.The cleaning crew left trash in the unit when we arrived. Very hard to maneuver burners on the stove and cook the kept falling in.

Not a good place to stay

Vacasa management company is awful. Did not communicate in a timely manner. One of the messages they answered a full day after we checked out. Never got another parking pass or a laundry bag for the linens. The place was dirty. Everything from supplies, to cleanliness, to silverware, to ceiling fans, etc was low quality. Will never stay at a place managed by Vacasa again.

107C-Thunder Island

Really enjoyed Thunder Island community. Such a wonderful community and close to everything. The condo, first floor level made it easy for unloading and loading everything -especially all of our fishing gear. The condo is comfortable and very simple to keep clean and tidy. I appreciated that very much. My only comment is the kitchen was lacking some basic utensils- including pot holders and any kind measuring cups for dry and liquid ingredients. I purchased two measuring cups as house gifts. Placed them in a cabinet. Also- the very large dinner plates should not go into the dishwasher- they don’t fit- and the cleaning blade inside will not spin if they are put in there. These should be washed by hand. I guess my final piece of advice for any future renters- is be prepared in the kitchen- there is not a single spice, seasoning, oil, etc. I was not prepared for that. I’ve been renting places for more than 25 years-and there’s always been just a few kitchen-cooking essentials available. Now that I know this- I will remember to bring my own. I would consider renting this place again. Thank you so much for the use of it.

Stay at 107C Thunder Island - June 18 - 25, 2022

I had to check in late due to traffic concerns, and the lockbox that held our information and keys would not open. I tried the number to call for help, with no answer. Used my knife to slide the lock open and retrieved my keys, then made sure box was re-locked. Cleaning crew did a poor job on vacuuming, as there was confetti on all of the floors. The dishes were not clean. We found plates still sticky with syrup and plates felt dusty. We washed everything in the dishwasher and cleaned the plates, etc. The rooms were comfortable, and we did enjoy the location and the unit. Thanks to the owners that allowed us to rent their property. We would be interested in renting again for next year's convention.
