Free parking for 1 vehicle located directly outside the front door conveniently located under a partial carport making this easy to unload and load your vehicle at check in and check out. For additional vehicles there is free parking available first come first serve in parking lot and on street.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Two oversized trash cans are located to the right of our property entrance near parking lot entrance and sidewalk. Please place all trash and trash bags in these two oversized trash cans at checkout.
All dirty sheets can be piled and placed on floor near beds. All dirty towels can be piled and placed in tub or shower.
Be sure all dishes have been cleaned properly put away, there is photos available inside cabinets showing where dishes go.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
