Home chefs will be delighted to find granite countertops and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. Among the array of helpful appliances, you’ll find an air fryer and a Keurig coffee maker. The kitchen bar seats two, and the dining area holds a table for six.

The Palms 704

Would stay here again when returning to this area. Loved the balcony the most since we tend to spend a lot of time there. The place was very nice with only the sliding doors being a problem. We'll struggled opening them all.

Great getaway

The week was great! Three bedrooms with their own bathroom. View was perfect with high top chairs and table-a must for us, cable and smart tv, ice maker, keurig and coffee pot, parking was excellent and was condo was super clean. The grounds are well kept and the area you use to walk to the beach is kept very clean and dry. Worst part for us- If the glass doors could be tweaked so they weren’t so difficult to open, this place would be perfect. We used the set in the master suite instead. Be ready to walk a few extra steps through the sand to the beach- but it is worth it. No up/downsteps to navigate to the beach and there’s a restroom in the weight room and by the pool. One thing not mentioned is they have some folding chairs to take to the beach, but the two chairs and umbrella was worth it as the temperatures “feel like” was around 102 for several days. The sunset is on the opposite side of the building but you can see it from your balcony near elevators. I highly recommend this place.

Family vacation 2023

The condo was a good size. The living room door still does not open to the big spacious balcony, you can only get to the balcony through the bedrooms which is an inconvenienced, especially when you do not want to be disturbed. I read reviews that the door to the balcony has been broke since last year. The condo definitely needs updates. They kitchen is ok. The furniture is out dated, but I get it is a rental. We loved everything else about the condo.
