Romar Place 703 is a three-bedroom, two-bath condo with an incredible Gulf-front and panoramic view from the 7th floor.

• Access to the balcony is from the living room and primary bedroom

• New luxury vinyl plank flooring is throughout the unit

• The kitchen is fully equipped kitchen with everything that you need in your home away from home. The dining room table seats six and there are three bar stools for additional seating.

• Full-size washer and dryer are inside the unit

• The living area has a sofa sleeper and a TV

• The primary bedroom has a king-size bed with a TV

• The second bedroom has a queen-size bed with a TV

• The third bedroom has a queen-size bed with a TV

• Wireless internet access is provided

Guests will receive one complimentary admission per activity, per day. You may go to every activity, every day and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free) and then golf at lunch (one person is free) and then the zoo that afternoon (one person is free.) Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free) and your husband can go play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of the activities every day and one of your party is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.

Great vacation!

The condo was very nice. Very clean. Beautiful beach and view from balcony. Perfect location in Orange Beach and close to Gulf Shores.

We love OBA!

Great location with amazing food options near by. Sits directly between GS & OBA! Very clean with an amazing view. Small, but mighty! Very family oriented. It was peak Spring Break season but quiet and perfect for a small family getaway. My only con was there wasn’t any blankets. There was a thin cover for a “comforter” for the sofa bed but could have used another blanket throw.

Great Trip

We had a great trip to Gulf Shores! I am so glad we stayed at Romar Place, it was very clean and had plenty of room for me and my two kids and one other guest. Everyone had their own space when they needed it. If we go again, I would definitely book here!

Nice Condo

This condo was well placed right on the beach. Clean with almost everything we needed for a week stay. Quiet but it was the off season. My only complaint is that it is managed by a third party company so it was not the smooth system that I am used to with a VRBO. I was getting emails from an unknown company that looks like a spam or phishing site. Check in was fine but we were given a little bit of trouble by the office when purchasing our parking tag.
