**CLEAN! We are following the CDC guidelines to make sure the unit is cleaned and disinfected after each guest. We take our cleaning process very seriously.

Unit #2

Cinco Brisas is a 5-unit Townhome/condo complex located in west Orange Beach. The downstairs and Decks have been remodeled and also new furniture in living room. This unit has a King bed downstairs with a full bathroom with a step-in shower; 2 bedrooms (one with twin beds and one with a King) and 2 bathrooms are upstairs. Large master bathroom with step-in full-size shower. The hall bathroom also has a step-in shower.
The condo is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico. You can literally take a few steps down the stairs and you are in the sand. No elevators to ride! It's a one of a kind property in Orange Beach. Property is located about 1 1/2 miles West of Highway 161. All new flooring throughout the unit. New Smart TV's in Great Room and bedrooms.

Just renovated kitchen - it's fabulous with plenty of storage and cabinets.

Also, beach-side windows are tinted to people cannot see into the unit at night.

Amazing location

The access to the beach from this unit was everything! We had 5 little kids with us which made it ideal for naps/breaks. Location was spacious and just as advertised. We had everything we needed for cooking up a meal to paper products and towels. Parking was a little tight as construction is going on in the end units but everyone was considerate and it worked out fine. Overall we had an amazing stay and look forward to coming back!

Great time for whole family

The view from house was amazing. The kids loved being able go right out back to the beach. Weather was great people were friendly. The owener was having ac issues with our unit but had us taken care of before we even got there with extra ac units for or stay. It was perfect temp in our unit thats to them. Great stay cant wait to do it again
