The Sea Watch in Ocean City, offers everything a vacationer could want. This retreat features a den/sunroom that can be used as another bedroom/private sleeping area for your convenience.
The den is open without a partition or wall.
A non-refundable cash building registration fee is required.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Don’t wast your money

This place is just outdated and needs work! Outlets are scary and could use some Serious electrical work replacements. The toaster caught fire. Pan selection sucks. Things are just old and need replacement. The worst of it was the mouse I had to catch. I saw a mouse running across the floor multiple times and it being after hours they weren’t going to be able to send someone to set traps til the next day, so I ordered tomcat mouse traps that eve and caught the damn thing myself. The pictures of the place look good but once you’re inside you realize they do the bare minimum to keep it rented. I would not waste my money on the place. The staff was super nice and easy to connect with but they are just the management company they don’t own the place. Owners need to take more time there and put in some upgrades. It’s the little things that make a big difference and you can tell this just doesn’t get the car needed.

Dirty and outdated. Typical rental property

This is your typical rental property. Outdated and worn out funiture and bedding. A/c leaked all over the kitchen and bathroom floor while we were there because the condenser was never serviced and clogged. Property was dirty when we arrived with linens thrown on the floor in the closets, hairs and stickers on everything, a/c vents full of dirt and dust. The building itself was very nice I just would not stay in this particular unit again. Pool was very small to accommodate as many people as this place holds.

Love it!

I loved this set-up! The building is very private, staff helpful. The view was awesome. Very clean and stocked with majority of everything needed. Very quiet as well. Would book again.
