Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

The view was nice, sunsets beautiful! Furnishings were worn, needs updating. Dishes left in dishwasher, found out why, dishwasher was not draining, leaked all over the floor. Overall would not stay here again.

Perfect

Our first time renting a condo and it was a great experience . Unit was clean and in a great location . The shared pool was very enjoyable . The view incredible . We will definitely be back

Clean and beautiful view

The condo was very welcoming. The furniture was comfortable and it was beautifully decorated. We loved being so close to 90, (1 minute after getting off 90 you’re there!) the beach (3 minute walk), a grocery store (2 blocks), and the Bad Monkey restaurant and 7-11 right out front. The bayside view was lovely! We would definitely stay here again.
