This is a large 2 bed/2 full Bath condo located on 58th Bayside and features a spectacular Bay view to be enjoyed on a private balcony and private Pool. Short 2 block walk to the beach. Conveniently located in mid town Ocean City near Fagers Island, Mackeys, Secrets and much more.
Amenities include: AC, Washer/Dryer/ Wifi, Full Kitchen, Cable TV, Hardwood floors, beach chairs and more. Master Bedroom has a King size bed. 2nd Bedroom has Two full size beds .There is plenty of space to spread out and relax.
**Guests will need to bring their own and towels (sheets, towels , pillows, blankets, comforters, and towels).**
Please know this property has a maximum occupancy of 6 people, including children and infants
* No pets, No smoking (of any kind) *
**Our condo complies with the Town of Ocean City Ordinances on smoking Cannabis (Md. Code, Criminal Law § 5-601, Md. Code, Transportation § 21-903, Md. Code, Alcoholic Beverages, and Cannabis § 36-101, § 36-401(c)(4), § 36-407). Cannabis remains illegal at the federal level.
Therefore, Cannabis and hemp smoking is prohibited in any place within our property. This includes any indoor and outdoor spaces open to any person, including the deck, dock, walkways, or balconies.**
