Take a dip in the pool or relax in the sun. These vacation rental properties are conveniently located close to shops and restaurants. Located in the heart of Ocean City, Maryland, the Atlantis is a unique building with various floor plans to choose from. Each unit includes a washer, dryer, dishwasher and air conditioning. The balconies vary throughout the building; some are open and others enclosed. While the building is oceanfront, direct oceanfront units are ones ending in '06'. Limited ocean view units are '01', '02', and '10'. All other units are considered oceanview. No pets, please.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Unit is AWFUL ****Refrigerator out dated and took > 24 hours to cool to appropriate temperature after food placed into it**** Couches are broken Coffee maker with no pot Uncomfortable beds No control of thermostat Dryer had a bad smell to it Building: Nice outdoor pool Friendly people Good northern OC location

The property is old and outdated but that could have been overlooked had it been clean. The refrigerator did not work and we lost a lot of our groceries ( the point of having the condo vs. hotel) because they weren’t kept cold enough. The freezer leaked and the toilet took several times to flush. This was the first time we have done this and I don’t know if we would do it again.

great place

Location was awesome. Place was clean. We had little issues with the shower curtain in the one bathroom, the shower rod keep falling and hitting us. Also, the toilet wasn't flushing properly. (had to flush more than once just to get it down) Also, "security/administration" office was useless, Employees were great but if we needed anything they couldn't help and one was rude to my son when he asked a question. But overall we had a great time and just adjusted to the small issues.

Middle of the Road

If you’re just looking for a place to eat and sleep, this condo offers a good location and nice beach view. We were only given one bottle of hand soap (less than half filled) for the kitchen and two bathrooms. No linens for sofa bed. Broken baseboard tiles, broken chair, and broken shower tile did not make us feel like we were at home. Only three coffee mugs but a bajillion knives? Looks like a painted over piece of chewed gum behind one of the beds. A woman in the hall asked if our place was clean, so maybe we got the better end of the spectrum. Depending on what you’re looking for will make this a Hot Deal or a Summer Bummer.
