Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Well maintained

We loved everything about this unit. It was perfect for our family of 7! Amazing view from the balcony. Quiet building. Clean and well maintained untit. Loved that the towels and linens were provided and that the beds were made prior to arrival! The only thing that could definitely be improved is the cracked and worn down concrete surrounding the pool. The concrete was so worn that all the sharp stones were sticking out and hurt our feet. The pool filtration system was also broken and not functioning at all. So the bottom was full of debris and the chlorine could not properly circulate, therefore, it was too strong. We will definitely re-book next year though since we loved the unit.

Same condo, new rental Co.

This is our 2nd year in this condo, the view and convenient location can’t be beat! CB Vacations was who we rented through last year and Vacasa this year. The cleanliness level was comparable with both, not exactly how I keep my own house but no major complaints. The check-in was a bit of a mess as everyone waiting at the office at 4 had been given conflicting information as to how it would be done because the signs on the windows indicated that there was no office staff due to Covid. It was a confusing, crowded mess but was soon cleared up when staff DID show to pass out packets with a friendly smile. I was also impressed with the rapid response to a maintenance call I had to make. We checked in to find a towel bar on the bathroom floor and a day later we returned from the beach to find it had been reinstalled. Also, the bag of “starter items” such as garbage bags, dishwasher soap, paper towels, personal sized shampoo, etc., was a pleasant surprise. I was absolutely thrilled to find that the linens and towels were also included . So nice to not have to haul those all the way from home! The unit is spacious and the beds are comfy. We will likely be back again!
