This midrise two-bedroom home enjoys a prime oceanfront location in Ocean City and is the perfect place to spend a fun-filled vacation with friends and family! Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Bad situation all around

The owners of this rental need to update pictures as well as update any fix things throughout the unit. I would not recommend unless updated. Could be a good unit, but between the cleaning company, never arriving prior to our arrival and staining on the couch/pillows, tub faucet, falling off the wall, bubbling and peeling of paint, as well as scratches and marks all over the wall this unit definitely needs a facelift as well as a deep clean

Fantastic

Spacious, comfortable condo. It was so nice to spread out. TV’s and WiFi worked great. Bathrooms could be updated but everything was very nice. Hope to stay here again.

First floor, easy access, quiet!

This location was ideal for my family. My daughter is five & my mother-in-law is 67. The first floor access was great for both of them. It was nice to have three beds (my husband and I shared the master) & my daughter and mother-in-law shared the other room. I was impressed with the supply of towels and bedding (thank you!!). We also enjoyed the living room and seating. There was plenty of space for our needs. The layout was perfectly designed.
