These large three bedroom townhouses have large decks overlooking a lagoon. Quiet cul-de-sac. Fully equipped kitchen, washer, dryer, dishwasher and central air. Boat ramp and boat trailer parking included for units with a boat slip. No pets, please. Pool is currently closed until further notice.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Ocean City Vacation

The location to this home was the best! Being right on the bay and being able to use the dock as needed was a plus for our family to go paddle boarding whenever we pleased. They also offered a pool the we all loved and was never too busy. A short drive to the beach and restaurants.

Older place with older things, not very clean but for a lodge to shower and sleep it was doable.

The back deck water front was beautiful.

Perfect location!

Great spot close to everything. Deck and view of the bay were beautiful and it was so great being able to bring our boat down! Decor was outdated but felt nostalgic so we didn’t mind. 😌 little place!

Condo not cleaned upon arrival, post check in time. Bedding, mattress' were terrible and unfit for a human use. Unit as a whole needs to be freshened up.

Gullway stay

The keurig was not working. When I called the local office they stated they would not replace it and that they could drop off a drip coffee maker. I stated I didn’t bring that type of coffee, she stated then go buy some! I didn’t appreciate that one but! We had problems with the outside grill. It caught on fire! I called and they said they would send someone. The guy that came said that it was a filthy mess and that someone put charcoal in the gas grill and another person would be out. No one came out nor called! Not happy with Vacasa and the service they provide!!!!!

Wonderful time

We had a wonderful time. Beautiful weather all week, beautiful sunsets from the back deck, we walked to the beach and boardwalk everyday- about 5 blocks and the pool was very relaxing.

we loved the this place you can walk to the beach and lot of places to eat .All the people that was in this place was so nice .We had plenty of room for the 8 of us that stayed there .We will stay there again next year but we will have to have 2 places next year if there is anyway someone can get a hold of me for next year
