Dogs are welcome! We do charge a pet fee, and we do not allow dogs to be on any of the furniture or beds. This helps us keep the furniture and beds clean and protected from any potential damage.

*Please follow these house rules. If our team notices these have not been followed you could be liable and subject to a fee.

• No shoes allowed in the home. Please remove your shoes upon entering the home.
• Please keep food in kitchen area. No eating or drinking in the bedrooms or living room.
• Please keep all children’s art supplies and krafts away from upholstery and carpet. No coloring or art and crafts in the bedrooms or living room.
• Children 5 years and younger must be under the supervision of an adult at all times.
• No smoking of any product inside the home or within 20ft of the exterior of the home and please pick up after yourself around the property.
• When using the BBQ please pull it away from house and ensure a 3 foot clearance around all sides.
• Please pick up all trash (inside and out) upon check out and place it in the trash and/or recycling bins.
• If you move furniture or decor items please put them back in their original place.
• We understand accidents happen, if something is broken or damaged during your stay, please notify us so we don’t stumble upon something when we come in after your stay.
• Please double check for personal belongings before departure. If items are left and you’d like us to mail them we require payment prior to shipping.
