Newly renovated studio, Panormou
A modern and unfussy studio in the hip district of Ampelokipoi, the business hub of central Athens. The studio has recently been renovated and offers every comfort needed for a shorter or longer stay in Athens. Ideal for solo travelers, business travelers, students and couples. What you will like mostly about the apartment is its privileged location close to big organizations, embassies, co-working spaces, cultural institutions, hospitals, health centers and public services. The 26 sq. m studio was renovated in 2020 in order to create a simple, restful and practical environment for our guests. To create such an environment we designed the apartment in a minimal way with quality materials.
The main space offers a comfortable double bed with plugs next to it, a working table which can be used as a dining table, and a closet to store your belongings. The kitchen has a fridge, two stove tops and all necessary plates, pans, glasses and cutlery to prepare your meals. The bathroom, in black and white, offers a shower and all basic soaps. Last but not least, you have access to a charming balcony. The double-glazed window offers insulation therefore the interior is always tranquil when needed.

Ampelokipi is a vivid district as it's the business hub of central Athens. In close proximity you will find big organizations, embassies, co-working spaces, cultural institutions, hospitals, health centers and public services. Nonetheless, the area has kept it's residential part and you can easily find bakeries, coffee shops, restaurants and supermarkets (Sklavenitis). There are two metro stations which can take you directly to the historical city center but also connect you to the airport.
