Our studio can comfortably accommodate 2 guests. Small, yet practical, it will be a great starting point to explore Athens without worrying about public transportation as everything is within walking distance. Major sights, important institutions and great local choices regarding entertainment, food and drinks as well as boutiques and concept stores. Situated in between Kolonaki, a more elegant neighborhood, Syntagma which is more touristic and Exarcheia the more alternative and artistic district. All the basic amenities are included so you won't have to worry about the little things. The studio has a double bed with 2 side tables, a closet for your clothes and belongings, covered in mirrors and a woven armchair. There is one A/C in the studio which offers both heating and cooling. The small kitchen is equipped with a fridge, cups, dishes and cutlery, a kettle, a stove top and a french press coffee maker to prepare your morning coffee. The studio has access to a balcony overlooking an inner courtyard.
Please be aware that the studio is on the mezzanine of the building therefore there is no elevator. You will have to climb some steps.

The apartment is in the city center of Athens, between Syntagma, Kolonaki and Exarcheia on a busy street but the apartment itself is overlooking the backyard therefore it's quiet during the day. The rest of the building is inhabited by families, students, working individuals etc as well as some small businesses, so we would really appreciate if you wouldn't disrupt their everyday routine. We will try to make you feel as comfortable as possible and we hope the description and rules of the apartment are clear enough and the amenities can cover your needs. Please advice us beforehand for any questions or special requests you might have. Mostly we will be in touch via email/the platform.
