A cosy & spacious 1 bd. apt., on the 7th floor with elevator. A huge terrace offering panoramic view, near the center of Athens and next to the bus and metro from (and to) the airport. Our house has Internet and fast Wi-Fi (FIBER 100mbps), A/C, is fully equipped, newly furnished and maintained with love. Comfortable for two people. Two extra people can sleep on a sofa bed.
A spacious 1 bedroom apartment, on the 7th floor with a huge terrace and panoramic view, near the center of Athens and next to the bus from and to the airport. Not to worry. There is also an elevator up to the 7th floor of course :)

The terrace is also furnished and it´s the proper place to start your day in Athens, taking your breakfast or enjoying the last drink gazing to the Lycabettus and Hymettos Hills and the amazing view over the urban panorama of Athens.

On the 7th floor of a newly constructed building (we also offer a precious parking spot free of charge!), this cosy 40 sq.m. flat is well and efficiently designed, with plenty of natural light. There is one bedroom, an open living room space/kitchen, a bathroom, a big terrace and also a small balcony.

Our flat is conveniently located near the centre of Athens but also within walking distance for most of the major hospitals and health centers of the city!

Our home is equipped with a very fast stable fiber 100 mbps internet connection. Our speedtest results, are as follows:

• Bedroom
The bedroom is furnished with a very comfortable queen sized bed with an orthopedic mattress and everything else you cannot miss in a sleeping room, such as a closet, a bookshelf (of course you can read the books!) and with access to a small balcony, on the rear of the building. Α/C unit available. On request, you can also have a baby bed, of course free of charge.

• Bathrooms
Between the bedroom and the living room/kitchen open space, there is a warm and comfortable super clean and equipped bathroom with a bathtub and towel warmer/radiator. It is fully equipped and with all the amenities you may need, such as soap, shampoo and toilet paper. We offer fresh and clean towels for the duration of your stay.

• Living Room/ Kitchen
The living room and kitchen space is lovely and modernly furnished, which also gives access to the big front terrace. A comfortable sofa, which turns into a very good bed for 2 more people, a sofa table and a flat 32” LCD- TV are available in the room. A/c unit available.

In the middle of the open space, there is a square table with 4 chairs, dividing the room. The fully furnished and accessorized kitchen, includes a big Washing Machine, coffee machine (french/filter coffee, greek or Nescafe? Your choice!), electric cook-top, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, juicer, a variety of pans and pots, dishes, glasses and utensils.

Everything you may need in order to prepare the breakfast or meals of your choicer. And of course, you won't miss the basics: extra virgin olive oil from Crete (the family's olive oil), salt, pepper, spices, coffee, tea and coffee cream.

• Terrace
The terrace has a pergola which offers a nice shade during the day. It is furnished with an elegant table and 4 chairs. The perfect spot to enjoy your breakfast, to relax staring the skyline of Athens Metropolis or to enjoy a last drink or warm tea before going to sleep. Furthermore, there is a weather-proof closet for cleaning tools and products, safely stored out of sight from the indoor spaces.

• Private parking
There is a private parking place at disposal to our guests. You can use it free of charge. The parking spot measures 2.30 meters in height and 2.20 meters in width at the entrance. It can accommodate a small to medium-sized car in terms of length.
