Since 2010 we have been managing short term rental properties throughout the East Kootenay region, and more recently we have properties in Las Vegas, San Francisco, London UK, and Paris. Since the management of our owner properties is important to us, we have partnered with Superhog, an independent insurance provider that offers specialised insurance policies for guests that stay at our Vrbo properties. One is a refundable deposit option (transaction fees will apply upon the return of your deposit), and the other a non-refundable damage waiver. Either of these policies will give you peace of mind during your stay.

Please note, we do not take a damage deposit when you pay for your accommodation. So, when you check your credit card statement you will see two transactions, one for Expedia and one for us, which will match the total you agreed to on this booking platform.

BED AND BATH
The master bedroom features a luxe queen bed and plenty of closet space for storage. The en-suite bathroom is a four-piece suite, including a stand alone shower for those who want to freshen up after a travel day. The second bedroom has a second queen bed, perfect for couples enjoying a weekend away! All bathrooms come fully stocked with plush towels, shampoo and locally-sourced bath products.

KITCHEN AND LIVING ROOM
For the ultimate movie lovers, there is an XL TV available in the living room to be enjoyed with a blazing fire roaring in the fireplace. There are also two additional couches available if you’d rather curl up with a good book. Over in the kitchen, find a fully-stocked workspace for whipping up a good home cooked meal. Stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker–– it’s all available here!

AMENITIES
Step out onto the spacious patio to enjoy the use of a BBQ, or lounge on the patio set as the sun sets. Guests have use of the outdoor hot tub all year round, as well as the indoor sauna. There is free parking available for guests on-site. Guests can also find a personal ski/snowboard locker for storage.

8-minute drive to Mount Fernie Provincial Park for incredible hiking, biking and cross-country skiing adventures

TRANSPORTATION
There are no public transportation systems available in Fernie, so a car is needed to access the surrounding area. The town is very bike friendly, so once checked-in, you could easily access the highlights of Fernie on two wheels.
