About this property

This beautiful, multi-level 2,348 sq. ft. home is perfect for larger groups providing the all the space you need to stay comfortable! Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms (master included) all equipped with smart TV's, closets with small dressers and guest a bathroom. The lower level features a large bedroom with a king bed and full bathroom straight across the hall, almost like a second master suite! You will also find the laundry room with washer/dryer, 2 full size couches, one with a queen size sleeper and a larger flat screen TV. On the second level you will enjoy a beautifully updated, spacious kitchen with island and 2 dining rooms providing plenty of space to eat meals or play games. The billiard room is located on a separate lower level where you can enjoy a game of pool while streaming your favorite show on a large smart TV. Please note the table is a little large for the room so some shots can be a little tricky but still perfect for some not too competitive fun with family and friends. You will fall in love with the backyard area with the resort style covered patio, larger heated pool, hot tub and gazebo with an outdoor bar. Come relax, enjoy, have fun and make some memories in this wonderful home!

Great family place

We had a great time at the house, pool, hot tub and play pool. It was clean, comfortable beds and very easy to reach owner if we had a question. Nice neighborhood to take my granddaughter for a walk. Close to eating places, if u want to go out to eat. We chose to grill and eat in. I would recommend this place for a family vacation.

Ballgames, hikes and golf- great way to beat the winter blues!

Although AZ is having an unusual winter, we still enjoyed our 2 weeks in Gilbert! The hot tub was fabulous after a long day of hiking! We had a pool day when weather cooperated. Backyard space lends itself to conservation and relaxation with family and friends! Plenty of seating for guests and ample kitchen space- enjoyed grilling and eating in several nights. Groceries close by. Lots of fun establishments 1.5 miles away in downtown Gilbert if you choose to go out! The shampoos and body wash in each bathroom a plus! Very comfortable beds and pillows. Plenty of hangers and space for clothes- no need to live out of suitcase. Kathy was very responsive to any issues (pool had switched itself off due to cold temps) and worked to correct them promptly About 20-60 minutes to the various ballparks, hiking trails, downtown Phoenix, Old Scottsdale and other interesting places to visit! We plan to visit again in the future!
