About this property

Walk into this beautiful home with vaulted ceilings, a spacious kitchen and dining with granite counter tops, all new furniture and beautiful decorations and a queen size sofa bed. Master bedroom has a king size bed that has private exit to the pool area and water feature. The master bath features dual sinks and newly tiled step in shower. The guest bath features a tub and shower that also has beautiful tile surround. The other 3 bedrooms have queen size beds and have fun little themes to them.
Step out to the furnished covered patio with a 50 inch tv and a propane BBQ grill. The back yard oasis also includes a hot tub, play pool with a water feature a nine hole putting green and a regulation size corn hole boards.
If you're in the mood for some time out, this property is located close to many restaurants and fun night life. Downtown Gilbert district (3.1 miles) and downtown Chandler (4.1 miles) are a couple of my favorites. And if shopping is on your mind Chandler fashion square is amazing and only 7 miles away. Sky Harbor Airport is just 18 miles and Phoenix/Mesa is 10 miles.
This 1750 square foot home has an attached garage that guest will have access to and is located in a very beautiful , quiet neighborhood.
The master, living room, bedroom 2 and the patio have new smart tv's and internet is provided. All linens, towels and pool towels are also provided. The kitchen is stocked very well, toaster, blender, crock pot basic spices to just name a few. There will be starter packs of coffee, cream, sugar for you first morning in this beautiful oasis. Also the laundry area has a brand new washer and dryer with laundry pods and fabric sheets. Each bathroom will be stocked with toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body soap and hair dryer.
We really tried to think of everything for our guest in this home, any suggestions to make your stay even better would be greatly appreciated.

Awesome Outdoor Space

The home was centrally located for our needs. The outdoor space was fantastic! My family enjoyed swimming and the water feature was a nice touch. Overall the home is designed and furnished very well. The only negative would be the mattress in the Primary. It is pretty thin and springy. We'd absolutely return.

Disappointed with Outside Amenities

I have a mixed review of this property. The house itself was well decorated, clean & comfortable. However, the jacuzzi & pool were disappointing. they were not clean or even serviced prior to our arrival. jacuzzi had green water, it smelled bad & had some bottle caps in it. The pool was cloudy. We booked this property largely for these two things. I contacted the owner, she told me to “call the number in the binder” to have a pool person come out. I found that to be odd to ask your renter to call but I found a pool number in the binder & called. The company called me back the next day and said the owner had to call. I notified the owner again and she said “that’s not the right number to call” and that she’d now call - which she should have done in the first place. A pool guy did come out that afternoon & said there was zero chlorine in the jacuzzi & it was growing algae. The pool also needed chemicals. He advised us to still not use the jacuzzi until the next day & the pool should be ok that night. By this time, we are 2 days into our 4 day stay without use of either. I reached out again to owner & asked that i be given a discount (refund of the cleaning fee) for the back yard things that were advertised but that we couldn’t use for half of our stay. She responded & never once said she was sorry & said “they don’t charge extra for the pool or jacuzzi & she has no control if pumps or heaters go out”. Really awful response & she said no to any refund. Won’t stay here again

enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub

enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to friends and family. somethings to look into: corn hole board missing bolt / I fixed with zip tie left handed putter fan and ceiling light in Master bedroom / replaced battery in remote but still didn't work faucet handle in main bathroom came off small tool box / tools could have fixed a few items if there were a few basic tools

Amazing

The home is beautiful. Our family loved the heated pool, hot tub, golf, and outdoor movie nights. We spent many days and nights outside. Our Grandchildren ages 6-10 did not want to leave! We spent 35 days at this home, and I was a bit nervous about staying that long, but it was so comfortable. Absolutely beautiful, quiet and safe neighborhood. The location is wonderful. So close to many restaurants, shopping and sightseeing spots. Would not hesitate to stay again-even the beds were comfortable! Thanks for an amazing time creating family memories! This was our second year going to the Phoenix area. The host was very responsive.
