In the best residential area of ​​St. Ponça, wonderfully quiet in a cul de sac, this luxury villa offers generous space for up to 8 people with many retreats for individual design. It is perfect for families with friends and larger groups.

An absolute highlight is the fully equipped, covered outdoor kitchen. Here you can cook or barbecue right by the pool in the Mediterranean and very well-tended garden. Make yourself at home in one of the numerous sun loungers or in the stylish chill-out area on the covered terraces and enjoy the beautiful lifestyle, the peace and the ambience.

The villa itself: the 400 m² living space are spread over two levels with modern, individual and bright rooms. All rooms have bright marble floors and panoramic windows. The villa has 4 bedrooms (2 on the ground floor and 2 on the 1st floor). Floor) and 4 bathrooms, 3 of them en-suite. About the open plan and impressive living / dining area with fully equipped, high quality professional kitchen in the modern style on the 2nd. Floor also has access to the areas on the terraces. On the ground floor there is another living area with TV and small kitchen. The entire villa of course has air conditioning, central heating, Wi-Fi and 2 satellite TV's with DVD.

Great house and location

Stayed for a week with my kids and my friend from NYC's kids. 2 adults and 6 kids. Plenty to do in the surrounding towns and beaches. The house itself was great with a good size outdoor space, nice pool, outdoor kitchen and a ping pong table which the kids made great use of. Was a great stay.

Wonderful stay

We had a lovely time in Santa Ponca, the house was exactly as advertised, in excellent condition, and the whole process was as smooth as can be. We arrived late but were still welcomed by the owner, who had also left us some food items for late night as well as breakfast. Wonderful location at the end of a cul de sac. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent Villa and Service

The Villa is fantastic. It worked perfectly for our family. The pool area is fantastic. We hosted some friends for dinner who loved the outside entertaining area. A true test of service is when something goes wrong which can’t be anticipated and how quickly it can be resolved. Gloria did a fantastic job to ensure the air conditioning was fixed within 24 hours on a public holiday when it was knocked out by a storm! Thank you so much for a fantastic week. We will definitely be back.

Prefect Location on Mallorca

We originally had booked a house closer to Deia but had to change debates and ended up booking this property in Santa Ponca. What a lucky change! This property is perfectly situated for biking, walking, exploring and getting everywhere we wanted to go with ease. We especially liked the variety of vegan and vegetarian food options in nearby Port Adriano. And the property itself was wonderful: lots of comfortable places for our six person family to congregate; a well-stocked kitchen that we used for two meals a day (and even had a professional chef use for a special meal); and wonderful outdoor space to enjoy pool time and ping pong.

My wife and I, and our two daughters (20 and 22), spent a week at this wonderful home in July 2022. The home was just as described. All of the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was clean and had all the necessary supplies for cooking. We had a chef come in one night to prepare a meal, and he raved about the kitchen. The pool and outdoor area were clean and functional, and we had so much fun just hanging out by the pool and eating meals in the outdoor dining area. The neighborhood was quiet and safe and accessible to the city and many restaurants. I would certainly select this home again.

We absolutely loved our stay at “Mallorca Exclusive: Private Villa with Pool, Outdoor Kitchen & Top Location near Port Adriano.” From the moment we arrived, it surpassed every expectation.First, the home itself is stunning—truly super-luxury in every detail. With three fully equipped kitchens (including a beautiful outdoor kitchen), we never felt cramped and were able to prepare meals–and enjoy them al fresco–with ease. The villa is fully air-conditioned, which was a lifesaver on the warm afternoons.Our host was incredibly accommodating, providing clear check-in instructions and local tips that made exploring simple. The private pool was glorious, surrounded by plenty of comfortable lounge chairs and shaded seating. We spent hours relaxing poolside, and the quiet neighborhood meant we never felt disturbed by traffic or noise.Backyard highlights included a flourishing lemon tree and a pomegranate tree, which added a delightful Mediterranean touch (and made for great garnish in our cocktails!). Location-wise, the villa is a quick drive to everything: from charming Calvià town—where we enjoyed tapas and gelato—to the upscale Port Adriano marina. Whether we wanted a beach day, a mountain hike, or an evening out, it was all just minutes away.If you’re looking for an upscale, spacious retreat with all the comforts of home and easy access to Mallorca’s best, you can’t go wrong with this villa. We can’t wait to return!

Top Class Villa

Fabulous villa - best we have ever stayed in and with so much space inside and outside. It was superbly equipped and immaculately clean. The outside kitchen was an absolute treat for all our keen cooks and the pool a joy for all ages. The wide steps into the pool gave the youngest ones easy access to the water and they enjoyed playing with all the inflatables. We ate every night on the first floor balcony with sea views and mountains in the distance. Very quiet location which we loved, but only a 20 minute walk to the small beach of Santa Ponsa - the larger one being in the town centre a further 10 minutes on. A few minutes walk from the small beach is a great restaurant El Balcon de Maria - fab food and caters well for children, with a play area they can escape to. We walked used and used buses or taxis to get about and the keen cyclists hired bikes. The water park near Magaluf was a great day out, but recommend booking taxis for the return journey to avoid queues when the park closes. I would definitely recommend this villa for a family holiday and we would love to return one day. LP

Great family house

We spent one week here. It is in a quiet location but bear all facilities and the garden is very private. the house has got several terraces for eating with one that has a view of the sunset over the bay of Santa Ponsa really nice to chill out there for the apero All four bedrooms are a good size with their own bathroom. Tolle Villa in Santa Ponca

Wir haben unseren Familienurlaub in dieser tollen Villa mitten in Nova Santa Ponsa verbracht. Das Haus ist am Ende einer Sackgasse ruhig gelegen und trotzdem mitten drin. Ausstattung und Sauberkeit waren top. Hervorzuheben ist der große, kaum einsehbare Garten mit separater Außenküche. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Great holiday.

We had a lovely stay at Villa Mar Blau. We felt very comfortable and the hosts were very welcoming and helpful, even leaving thoughtful gifts for our children and making great local recommendations.
