Amazing Villa Juan Carlos

Everything it advertised and more! Spectacular views, expansive accommodations, attentive host and great extras. Carlos and his property manager Jorge were incredibly accommodating and always available via a quick return text or if necessary able to drop in. The views at Villa Juan Carlos were mesmerizing. We took advantage of a daily chef recommended by Carlos and she took our stay to another level. Carlos’ other area suggestions for Nikki Beach Club and local yacht charters were excellent as well. Thank you again for giving us an incredible week!

As we have already written in your guestbook we would like to thank you for a wonderful family holiday we were able to spend at your marvelous home. We thoroughly enjoyed every single minute. And sincerely one of the main reasons was your Villa with all the conveniences. The astonishing view, the wonderful infinity pool, the terrace and all the places where we could relax inside and outside. We also enjoyed the kitchen and had fun in the Jacuzzi. Our 96-year-old grandmother sat on the terrace for hours and could not get enough of the beautiful surrounding. Jorge was great! We had an outstanding experience! Our group consisted of 11 adults and an infant. The pool was the highlight of the villa. We spent a lot of time there. The kitchen/dining room is well stocked with everything you need to make delicious meals. Chef Ross cooked for us on the 1st night; it was a meal we will never forget. Get the canapés & Cava add-on. The nearby beach bar has delicious food. My grilled fish was as good as anywhere else on the island. We did 4 hours on a catamaran and booked through Viator. Outstanding! And a full day of wine touring through Sa Clasta. Having a car proved to be essential. I can’t say enough about the owner Carlos and the manager George. They were attentive to our every need and request. Highly recommend this special place.

Best Holiday ever !!

We had a great time at our stay at Villa Juan Carlos Even before the booking of the villa the service provided was exceptional. An idyllic location – 10 minutes to Palma town and locally there are shops, restaurants and a lovely beach, but also very secluded and private with the most amazing sea views ever! It would be impossible to ever tire of the views and gorgeous sunsets in the heated jacuzzi. The villa is very well laid out and everything has been thought of to make life easy, the kitchen even has 3 fridges! It is clean, practical and well maintained. I would recommend this villa to anyone looking for a holiday in paradise. Stepping inside the villa we were amazed by its beauty. The spacious living room was decorated very nicely and with an enormous TV and home cinema. The shopping service with all our favourite stuff waiting for us when we arrived was great and we enjoyed it with delight. Staying at the villa offered us the chance to go visit Palma which, being less than 15 minutes away by car, is a stroll and is an amazing city full of quality bars, restaurants and shops. This trip was one of the best experiences I have had in my life and the rest of my family and friends enjoyed it as much as I did. We have rented numerous villas in a few countries and this villa is easily the best we have ever stayed in. I hope that I will get the change to return to Mallorca and stay at Villa Juan Carlos again soon. Julie, family and friends

Beyond Our Expectations!

We are a large family of all ages and this villa was beyond our expectations! The views were awesome. Having a massage in the hot tub while watching the sailboats and yachts pass by was so relaxing. The beach was fantastic and very clean, we enjoyed the bar and our kids enjoyed the playground plus it took less than 5 minutes to walk there so no parking problems. All stress free! The villa was just gorgeous, light flooded, clean and really comfortable, with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and even a separate study. The covered porch overlooking the pool has fantastic views of the sea and sunsets. Everything you could possibly need was in the villa from beach towels to cooking utensils and wifi. We especially enjoyed the home cinema. Great communication with Carlos, he replied rapidly and was always helpful as was the villa manager. We enjoy every moment spent at this property. We highly recommend this rental for anyone looking to spend quality time in a quality place. This place is unique. It was more than what we expected it that would be. We thoroughly enjoyed all Villa Juan Carlos has to offer from doing absolutely nothing in the pool and the hot tub to sun bathing in the nearby beach or visiting Palma (15 minutes away). What a fantastic holiday we have all had, it’s a beautiful well kept villa and Carlos should be very proud! Jorge is a great guy! Unique and Perfect Villa in Every Way!

This was the second time that my family and I stayed at Carlos’ beautiful villa and once again it was an amazing and perfect stay. We arrived and were met by the fantastic villa manager Jorge. It was great to have our shopping list ready and waiting for us with everything in its place and the drinks nice and cold in the fridge. The villa is extremely well appointed and equipped with everything that you could need and lovingly maintained. The location right on the sea front is unique and just breathtaking and we never tired of the spectacular view . The villa's location is perfect for us, Palma is only 15 minutes away and Puerto Portals and Port Adriano are both a short drive away so we never got bored, although most of our group didn't want to leave the villa and it's views! Having the beach a short walk away and not having to go in the car is just so easy going and there's even a great beach bar with food and a chidren's playground. Both Carlos and Jorge went out of their way to make our stay just perfect and made our holiday absolutely relaxing. We have stayed in many other luxury villas all over the world but for us this one is simply the best by far, 5 stars plus allround! Many thanks!

Great house with helpful owner

Being the first time we have booked with HomeAway I have to admit there was a certain scepticism. However the booking process, the swift replies from the owner and the stay itself exceeded our expectations. The house could really not have been better for our family as it allowed us to be together as a group but also to have our own areas when we wanted. There was really not one item we missed in the very well equipped house and we also liked that there was enough of everything (incl sunbeds) for so many people. During our stay the house manager was very friendly and helpful and we also had the pleasure of enjoying his barbeque one evening. We hope to be able to come back some time in the future and would have no problem recommending the house to others. All the best from Norway.

A superb house

I rented the villa for 16 guests and could not have been more impressed. The kitchen was superbly stocked with everything you could possibly need whilst the villa was spotlessly clean throughout. With such a large group, the villa was perfect with areas to escape one another yet communal areas to accommodate everyone together. Carlos happily answered a barrage of queries by email and Jorge was excellent - nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended!

As if we were not already excited by the images of the Villa, the reality was event better. Simply....WOW what a villa, what a location and what a view to wake up to every morning. Best villa I have ever stayed in. I couldn't recommend it any higher and also you must have the BBQ hosted and cooked by Jorge, it was fab! We will be back!

Spectacular villa with amazing views

We stayed in this beautiful villa with 5 children (ages 7-14), parents and grandparents. It was a perfect villa with spectacular views from every corner. The villa was spacious and well equipped with plenty of communal and private space. We stayed a week and were able to visit Palma, the water park and Porto Portals very easily - there is a bus stop directly outside the villa. The booking process was easy and efficient (thank you Carlos!) and when we got to the villa Jorge (the villa manager) was welcoming and informative. Three generations left the villa with some truly treasured memories and all said we would have no hesitation in doing it all over again!! Thank you for a great holiday.

Top class luxury private sea front villa

My wife and I celebrated our 70-year birthdays with children and grandchildren (in all 16 persons) during a unforgettible week in this beautiful villa, overlooking the sea. The house was wonderful and perfect; extremely comfortable and well equipped for hosting our large family. The bedrooms, all with ocean-view balconies and bathrooms (our had two..) were very comfortable and spacious. The living areas and dining room were lovely and the kitchen perfect for "family cooking". The children loved the jaccuzi and heated pool and their parents enjoyed the terraces. Jorge (the house manager) visited us regularely and reassured that everything was fine. We can recommend this beautiful villa to anyone who is looking for a top-class luxury private accomodation close to Palma.

Wir haben im Juli Ferien mit einer Gruppe von 15 Freunden in Carlos Villa gemacht. Die Villa war noch besser als auf der Seite beschrieben. Sie ist sehr gut ausgerüstet. Vorallem die Küche. Ausserdem ist alles schön sauber und gepflegt. Bei Problemen hilft Jorge sofort. Er kann zwar kein Englisch aber die Verständigung klappt trotzdem sehr gut. Auf jeden Fall zum weiterempfehlen.

Fabulous villa in an utterly amazing location

We would highly recommend this property for 2 or maybe 3 families with children. It truly has everything as described with a breathtaking location. Albeit slightly worn around the edges, it us maintained very clean and has every amenity needed for a vacation stay. The service provided by the owner and the manager could not have been more detail oriented and gracious. The BBQ arranged by the property manager was the highlight of the stay! Thank you. For us the only small annoyance were the noisy Magaluf party boats passing by every afternoon... However, we would not hesitate to stay at this beautiful villa again!

Amazing Sea Front Villa

I stayed in Villa Juan Carlos with my large family and what an absolutely incredible villa! Everybody loved it. The villa is extremely clean and lovingly maintained and cared for by the villa manager Jorge and the owner Carlos. All the facilities tempt you to stay put and relax all day around the spectacular pool with it’s incredible sea views and enjoy long lunches by the barbecue and lazy afternoons in the pool and the heated Jacuzzi. We have stayed in other large villas in Mallorca but this is the best bar none! The sea views all over the villa, including the bedrooms, are amazing, the pool is a dream to be in and the heated Jacuzzi great to relax in. Everything was so spacious and well designed. The villa manager was really friendly and took care of our every need. The villa is very well located in a quiet neighbourhood but with plenty to see and close by or a short drive away. The local beach of Cala Vinyes is really very lovely and a short stroll away and a favourite with our children. Our holiday was so perfect that we have reserved the villa for next year. Charles Jones

Our group of eight adults enjoyed a fantastic week at Villa Juan Carlos and wish we could have stayed longer! The villa is true to the photos, and the view is magnificent. Each of the 6 bedrooms on the upper level open onto the terrace and enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea as well as the sunrise. The 7th bedroom downstairs is more private for anyone who might want more of an escape. All have en suite baths with great water pressure. Obviously, the villa can accommodate double the number of people with ease. Carlos was a marvelous and gracious host - so generous and responsive to our needs. His recommendations for catering and other services were spot on. The caretaker, Jorge, was every bit as terrific - very friendly and informative, plus one night he cooked authentic Uruguayan BBQ for us - just wonderful! We all had plenty of space to relax in the sun or shade, and having dinner on the outdoor patio overlooking the Mediterranean reflecting the moonlight was out of this world. The villa was equipped with everything you need for a wonderful and relaxing stay. I really can't say enough about what a fabulous vacation we all had here! I highly recommend the Villa Juan Carlos! It was everything for which we hoped!

Family Gathering

As described on the Owners website this stunning, secure and gated property offered everything described and more. It supplied all we needed for our party of seven adults and seven children (all under 7 years old). It was a very short walk away from a beautiful family friendly beach, convenience stores and restaurants and therefore didn't require a car. Plus there was a bus stop right outside of the villa which went straight into Palma. The six upstairs well appointed bedrooms gave all of our large family a comfortable en-suite room with a beautiful view. The downstairs bedroom was a quiet secluded haven. Good air conditioning was available throughout the villa (except for the kitchen, sadly!). There was a beautifully large and well equipped dinning room as well as a great outside eating area. The huge lounge and office area offered comfort and Wi-Fi convenience as well as a stunning view across the bay. The utility/laundry room with all necessary appliances was a God send with 7 children. The kitchen was a good size and housed two fridges, a great cooker/oven and dishwasher but was generally looking a little tired and was under equipped when it came to plates, dishes and mugs. The outside spaces (where we spent 95% of our time both day and night) were beautifully spacious and well furnished in every area. The pool was a good size and depth for all of the party. A word of warning around the pool would be 'beware of the tiles and steps when wet'!! On the first day one of our party slipped quite badly on wet steps and is still suffering the effects. We took every precaution to ensure it didn't happen again especially to the children but a pre warning would have been nice. Jacuzzi: nice to have but not of huge interest to the adults in our party and therefore remained unused! Carlos made every step of booking very easy and he recommended a fabulous English Chef who was the icing on the cake for us and who cooked some really fantastic local food. Wendy comes highly recommended by us all!! This is a villa that we would definitely use again and would recommend to any family looking for a well appointed, well equipped holiday home in the sun!!
