Hey Miriam, Guest Services Manager here. I'm so disappointed to see this review - we hate to hear things weren't up to par for you. We sent you a message at check-in to make sure everything was ok and we never heard from you. We would have been happy to address any issues, but we didn't know you weren't satisfied. I also reached out right after this review was left to see if there was anything we could do, but I still didn't hear back. Hope you'll give us a chance in the future.
