✔ Paper Products:
– 4 garbage bags (extras inside each kitchen trash bin)
– 2 rolls of paper towels per kitchen
– 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom (16 total rolls provided)

🏊 Pool Heating (Optional for additional fee)
✔ Pool heater available upon request – please notify us at least 2 weeks in advance.
✔ Check house rules for heating fees.

🐾 Pet Policy – Dogs Welcome!
✔ Dogs Only: Maximum 2 dogs, each under 50 lbs ($50 per night per dog).
❌ No cats or other animals allowed.
✔ Pre-Approval Required: You must sign a separate pet agreement, and all pets must be approved before booking.
🚨 Unapproved pets may result in cancellation without a refund.
✔ Pets cannot be left alone unless crated.
