We Loved the Santa Rosa Casita

Great little place. We had everything we needed. Perfect location for us. Close to the University of Arizona. Brittiany was responsive. We will definitely stay here the next time we're in Tucson.

Our Wonderful Stay at Tucson Casita

This Tucson Casita is cute, conveniently located, set up really efficiently with a TON of extras that makes it stand out. There are so many good aspects of this little Casita: Washer/Dryer HUGE perk, Full kitchen set up with tons of extras and stocked with coffees and teas, very comfortable bed, cute accessories, labels on everything were very helpful, nice neighborhood, pet friendly, great price. We loved our stay.

Everything you need. . . . . . .

. . . . . . just everything! So well equipped for the traveler that is more comfortable at home than in a hotel! Cute clean and extremely well set up for couple or family with small children. Host very responsive and check in was easy contactless. Quiet neighborhood, but with good access to Tucson via car. Highly recommended!

nice place but...

Overall the place is as advertised. Pros: convenient location, clean, well laid out for a small space. Cons: The property backs up to a very close fence with 2 very loud and annoying dogs. We have a dog, so I am sympathetic to occasional barking , but this was not occasional. Also, the kitchen needs more silverware, cups , plates. We had to run the dishwasher more often. Not a huge problem ,but a waste of water. Also, bring your own TP, they give you 4 small rolls for the week, then it's on you.

The casita was very clean and neat upon arrival. Communication with the host was very complete both via email and info book inside the house. Our 12-year old lab was very comfortable as well, with both the inside and outside areas. The location was in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Only surprise was the fees that went with the daily rate.

Great place to stay in Tucson

Had to find a place to stay for a few weeks while waiting for our permanent residence to close, and this place was perfect! Close to a lot of stores and restaurants. Great place to stay in Tucson if your staying either for a few days or a few weeks!

Our casita is a perfect fit for travelers, parents visiting their children, snowbirds, friends coming to town to watch graduation at the U of A or anyone looking to explore what the beautiful South West has to offer! This property often hosts the hiking and biking enthusiasts as we are close to tons of trails and minutes to good food. Enjoy an improv night at the theatres nearby or walk the Reid Park Zoo. You won't run out of things to do while staying at this midtown spot.
