Private cozy historic two bedroom house just blocks from the University of Arizona and a short 5-minute drive to downtown dining, shops, theaters, and nightlife. The home is just a 5 minute bike ride to the University and it sits on the Mountain Avenue bike path just north of Banner-University Medical Center and the U of A campus.
