Casa Salamandra, Spain

Casa Salamandra has been completely redesigned in 2016 and the result has been beautiful, as it is already with his already already rented house Casa Lagarto, which can also be booked through us. The Doppelbungalow is situated in a sunny position with a beautiful wide view of the sea and the Aridanetal. To the house belong approximately 160qm of land for sole use. The terrace is visually completely separated from the Casa Lagarto; Only the terraces border one another. A large terrace in front of the house offers you a wonderful panoramic view of the foothills of Los Llanos and the sea. At the grill, you can prepare your lunch freshly and sit comfortably together in the open air. A covered terrace with a table and 4 chairs offers a further seating possibility directly in front of the living area. From the main bedroom you can go directly to the terrace. The newly built outdoor area also has two sun loungers as well as two lounging chairs and was planted with cacti and palm trees. The 90sqm living space is divided into two bedrooms, a bathroom en suite, a guest toilet and a living and dining area. The living area is beautifully bright and flooded by a partially glazed roof, through an adjoining door one reaches directly into the outside area. A sofa forms the center of the living room and separates the living room from the dining area. A small dining table, expandable for up to 4 people stands on the wall just under the glass roof. Stylish furniture, colorful accents and selected decoration form a harmonious whole. A long American style counter with sink separates the living room from the dining area. The kitchen is modern and very well equipped and has been completely renovated. From the living area, turn left to the two bedrooms and to the right of the house is a small guest toilet. The bedroom with double bed has a large open wardrobe and the sliding door leads directly to the terrace. Here is a small TV with DVD player available. The connected bathroom in modern style has shower / WC and bidet. Also in the bedrooms, much emphasis was placed on quality. New mattresses ensure restful sleep. Casa Salamandra is situated in a beautiful location just above Los Llanos, in the charming residential district of Celtas. The house consists of 2 bungalows: Casa Salamandra and Casa Lagarto, both of which are rented separately from each other. The bungalow was completely renovated in 2016 and is characterized by its modern, tasteful decoration and original decoration. The house is suitable for couples as well as for a family. Due to its central location, Casa Salamandra is an ideal starting point for all kinds of activities.

Schöne Unterkunft nahe Los Llanos

Wir haben ein schönes Domizil vorgefunden. Die Bilder entsprechen der Realität, von der Terrasse kann man wunderbar den Sonnenuntergang genießen. Das Haus war ausgesprochen sauber, die Einrichtung gepflegt, die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet, die Dusche funktioniert prima, die Betten sind bequem und Parkplätze sind vorhanden. Der Kontakt mit der Argentur war problemlos. Wir waren 14 Tage hier und kommen gerne wieder.
