About this property

Spacious holiday home with two roof terraces in the sunniest place of the island

Our holiday home 'Casa Vista del Mar' Tazacorte is located on the edge of the town on the west side in a small side street, which is only accessible on foot. Our house is a spacious detached house of 100 sqm with two roof terraces. From the upper roof terrace you have a wonderful panoramic view of Tazacorte and across the Atlantic. Casa Vista del Mar offers plenty of space for 4 people. Both a kitchen and a dining room are available. In addition, a living room, two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Near the house is a small Sparladen, in the morning to get fresh bread. In the village itself there are also two large supermarkets.
Small squares and winding lanes with flower-covered steps make every walk through Tazacorte an experience.
Tazacorte has the best climate and is known as the sunniest place on the island.
In less than 15 minutes on foot (in a few minutes by bus or car) you can reach the large sandy beach and the port of Tazacorte. Along the promenade there are several restaurants serving fresh fish dishes and local cuisine. Here you can sit outside in the winter months until late at night and enjoy the mild Atlantic climate.
From the harbor you can book boat trips to particularly beautiful places and beaches of the island and mysterious caves and to the dolphins.

Many steps! But worth it!

This house is conveniently placed in Tazacorte. But one needs to be fit to stay there! It is on 4 ‘floors’. The kitchen is almost in a basement with high windows. Excellently supplied but dark. Up is the sitting room and bedroom en-suite. Next the table terrace and best bedroom. But beware the bathroom is not connected and it does rain, even in Tazacorte! Wonderful views from this light and spacious bedroom. Then ‘ladder steps’ to the rooftop terrace with table chairs and loungers. Due to the volcano eruption some of the electrical equipment wasn’t working. These were replaced for us.

Nos gustó mucho la casa. El único inconveniente es que la casa tiene varios pisos y es necesario subir y bajar todo el tiempo (la terraza de la foto es del cuarto piso). Eso sí, vistas preciosas y la casa cuenta con todo lo necesario. La comunicación con la persona encargada, fluida y agradable.

Toller Ort Tazacorte

Lage des Hauses zum Ortszentrum ist super. Tacacorte hat sehr schöne Gaststätten für ein gepflegtes Abendessen. Von diesem Ort aus kann die gesamte Insel erkundet werden. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Tolle Lage am sonnigsten Ort der Insel

Es war alles wie beschrieben. Nicht mehr neues Haus mit vielen Treppen, dafür toller Ausblick von der oberen Dachterrasse. Würden wir wieder buchen.

Tolles Haus mit toller Aussicht

Der Urlaub war sehr schön. Das Haus hat eine tolle Aussicht aufs Meer. Tazacorte ist auch ein schöner Ort mit einer netten Altstadt. Hier kann man sich wohlfühlen. Wanderer sind hier im Paradies. Die Nachteile sind die vielen Treppenstufen und das schlechte WLAN, falls man es beruflich braucht.

Restauriertes Haus im Altstadt-Treppenviertel.

Wir haben uns in der altstädtischen Umgebung mit der wundervollen Aussicht von beiden Terrassen sehr wohl gefühlt. Da nimmt man die vielen Treppenstufen gern in Kauf.

Toller Urlaub

Für uns ist die Wohnung ideal: großartige Aussicht von der Dachterrasse, zentral aber sehr ruhig im Städtchen. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Man sollte als Gast allerdings keine Probleme mit Treppen haben. Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal dort und werden sicherlich auch wiederkommen.

Unser Aufenthalt in der "Finca Tazacorte"

Das Ferienhaus „Finca Tazacorte“ liegt am oberen Ende des älteren Teils von Tazacorte Villa. Vom Haus aus hat man einen herrlichen Blick über den am Hang, ähnlich einem Amphitheater, aufsteigenden Ort und das Meer. Hier stört keinerlei Verkehrslärm, da das Haus in einem Bereich liegt, der nicht mit dem Auto befahren werden kann. Lediglich ein kleiner Parkplatz liegt oberhalb, am Ende einer Sackgasse, in der man in der Regel für sein Mietauto einen Platz findet. Das Haus ist ein älteres kanarisches Haus, das über die umgebenden Häuser hinausragt. Es kann bequem über eine aufsteigende Treppe vom Ort her oder eine kurze Treppe vom Parkplatz her erreicht werden. Von hier aus kann man alle Restaurants, Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Bushaltestellen und sonstigen Einrichtungen zu Fuß erreichen. Man ist in ca. 20 Minuten in Tazacorte Puerto, auch Argual und Los Llanos sowie weitere Ziele lassen sich ohne Auto erreichen. Wir haben uns in der „Finca Tazacorte“ wohlgefühlt. Das Haus ist einfach, zweckmäßig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es bietet allen Komfort, den man im Urlaub braucht.

Wunderbares Haus im Treppenviertel von Tazacorte

Das Haus entspricht voll und ganz der Beschreibung. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das obere Schlafzimmer ist traumhaft, das Hundegebell (obligatorisch die halbe Nacht in der gesamten Stadt) und das Hahnengekrähe (dito) sind spätestens nach Schließen der modernen Fenster wie ausgeschaltet. Man ist mittendrin im Leben der Einheimischen, statt im seelenlosen Touristenbunker. Der Ausblick der oberen Terrasse ist aber der Knüller des ganzen Hauses. Morgens zum Frühstück mit der ersten Sonne sowie abends zum Sonnenuntergang über dem Ozean - ein Traum. Der Lage des Hauses geschuldet sind natürlich die 42 Stufen, die zwischen Dachterrasse und Küche liegen. Das fördert die Disziplin, alles dabei zu haben, was man braucht. Wir sind rundum begeistert. Danke liebe Hildebrandts für dieses Juwel und die tolle Kommunikation, auch mit Jutta, die die Verwaltung übernommen hat.

Ferienhaus mit 2 Dachterrassen

Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt. Oberhalb ist ein Parkplatz und das Haus liegt am Ende einer Häuserreihe. Die Räume sind über mehrere Etagen verteilt, wie in der Beschreibung angegeben. Dass die Küche im untersten Geschoss liegt, ist sicher nicht optimal, wenn man auf der Terrasse, die 2 Stockwerke höher liegt, frühstücken oder Abendessen möchte. Es sind also immer einige Treppen zu laufen, was uns aber keine Probleme gemacht hat. Der Service vor Ort, ist perfekt und die Eigentümer sind nicht nur hilfsbereit sondern herzlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Eine wunderschönes Ferienhaus, mitten im Ort!

Wir haben auf der Terrasse geschlafen, hatten den Sternenhimmel über uns ... Ein toller Ort. Wir wünschen allen auf der Insel, dass der Vulkan zur Ruhe kommt und diejenigen Hilfe bekommen, die alles verloren haben.

Sonne satt, Atlantik und ein tolles Haus zum verlieben!

Mein Mann (71) und ich (63) haben den Aufenthalt in diesem interessanten Haus sehr genossen. Erst dachte wir, schon anstrengend, mit den vielen Treppen, aber nach 2,3 Tagen haben wir uns immer mehr verliebt, in das Haus, dem Umstand, mitten im Ort zu wohnen und nicht unter "Touristen" sondern unter "Einheimischen", wo auch mal vor der Tür gelacht, gestritten und geschimpft wurde. Wir fanden es schön, morgens von den Hähnen geweckt zu werden und nicht von Autolärm. In der Küche fanden wir ein reiches Angebot an Töpfen und Pfannen, wobei wir es genossen, endlich mal wieder essen zu gehen. Die Restaurants am Strand können wir alle empfehlen. Etwas schade war, dass oben im Ort keine kanarische Küche (außer überteuert in dem Hotel) angeboten wurde. Aber wir saßen auch gerne in einer der beiden Pizzerien oder in der Tapas-Bar mit dem Blick über den Atlantik. Die Natur ist überwältigend und so vielfältig. Coronabedingt hatten wir bei einer Küstenwanderung leider am Ende in San Andres ein geschlossenes Meerwasserschwimmbad. Auch bei einer anderen Wanderung, der Rundwanderung durch den Barranco de la Madeira, raten wir sich vorher zu erkundigen, die Strecke durch die Tunnels war leider gesperrt. Aber wir haben fantastische Wanderungen durch die junge vulkanische Landschaft unternommen und waren in den 2 Wochen auch 2 x an einem Strand. Hier hat der Atlantik sich von der fiesen Seite gezeigt. Nach einer längeren ruhigen Phase hat er sich aufgebäumt und mit einer sehr großen Welle uns, die wir gerade eingeschlafen waren, überspült. Das hat mein Handy nicht überlebt, aber netterweise hat der Atlantik den mitgenommenen Schuh eine halbe Stunde später wieder ausgespuckt! In dem schönen Haus haben wir es geliebt, am Abend noch eine Stunde im Liegestuhl zu liegen, bevor wir zum Abendessen ausgingen oder auch 3 x auf der Dachterrasse das selbst gekochte Mahl zelebrierten. Man sollte aber darauf achten, die komplette Mahlzeit hoch zu tragen! Der Weg für das vergessene Salz geht über mehrere Etagen und es ist ein Abenteuer, das aber Spaß macht, das Essen über die Leiter nach oben zu befördern! 2 Minuten vom Haus gibt es ein kleines Lebensmittelgeschäft. Nachteilig war, dass es am Morgen erst um 9.00 Uhr auf machte und bei großen Wanderungen wollten wir um diese Zeit schon im Auto sitzen. Wir fanden es toll, dass wir immer ohne Probleme oberhalb des Hauses einen Parkplatz fanden und nie umher suchen mussten. Tazarcorte ist tatsächlich der sonnigte Platz der Insel!

Value for money, no problems when being aware of not turning on too money electrical device in one time. It's just a habbit not to turn on boiler, toaster and water heaters at the same time :-) And when the automatic plugs shut down a few times it were not a problem to get in business again. And maybe a little hint on climate abuse? Quiet nabourhood. You will be getting used to the occasional dogs and chicken concerts. The roof terrasse is nice but the stairs are steep. 4 stairs in all including roof terrasse gives a lot af exercise and privacy for up to three generations.

Gut gelegenes Stadthaus

Ein praktisches Stadthaus mit sehr guter Lage in Tazacorte und tollem Blick von der Dachterrasse. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgerüstet. Mehrere Restaurants, Geschäfte und die übrige Infrastruktur sind gut zu erreichen. Das Haus ist gut eingerichtet, aber das Stromnetz ist etwas anfällig. Das zweite Schlafzimmer und das zweite Bad sind nur über die Terrasse zu erreichen. Die Dachterrasse hat einen tollen Blick.

Das besondere Stadthaus mit Charme

Zentral gelegen und doch ruhig (die Hähne blendet man irgendwann aus ): ) Mittendrin im Treppen- und Gassengewirr Tazacortes. Alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Ein genialer Ausblick von der oberen Terrasse und nur 47 Treppenstufen von dort zum Kühlschrank in der Küche. das Haus ist umfassend ausgestattet, wir hätten ein paar Wochen länger bleiben können.
