Independant house on two levels with private pool. Rental from friday/saturday to friday. Entrance hall : 1 Bedroom with 2 single beds. 1 Bedroom with 1 double bed. Bathroom, separate WC with hand basin. On the lower floor : Alcove living room (CD-DVD player, TV, satellite TNT). Well equipped open kitchen. Adjoining terrace. Laundry room. Bed and bathroom linens provided. Charges included. No Wifi in the Bastidon but a few meters near the owner's house. stay in the heart of Provence on the Côte d'Azur. Independent bastidon, full of charm with private swimming pool. Panoramic sea and mountain views. Garden, terraces, private parking. In a preserved rural property on 4 ha (horticulture, olive grove, forest, donkeys). Shared leisure activities: pétanque... Ideally located between the sea and the first mountains of the Azur, the village of La Colle sur Loup is a very pleasant tourist resort 30 minutes from Nice and less than an hour from the ski resorts of the Pre-Alps Azure. This ancient city still retains its medieval castle including a 12th century priory, transformed into a restaurant and popular with gourmets. Its lively shopping streets are highly sought after by vacationers for decoration boutiques, antiques and good restaurants with Mediterranean cuisine.
