Great welcome from helpful hosts.Easy secure parking.Delightful pool. Adequate outdoor seating. All basic needs provided however total lack of comfort. eg poor lighting in living area. Poor quality towels. No cushions. Why only one toilet roll?!Lack of space in bedroom.

Fantastic place, great hosts

We loved our week's stay in Saint-Martin-du-Var. The house is very comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed (a family of 4). A very quiet location with scenic views and easy access to the mountains and to the coast. And we couldn't have wished for nicer hosts!

Peaceful location

A well earned break away from the hustle and bustle of life, Nice and Cannés are just a short drive away for some city action but for a more relaxed pace, the mountain villages are delightful with some excellent restaurants. The house has everything you need and makes a great base, the pool is amazing and the outside space allows for outdoor activities, even table tennis. We really enjoyed our break.

Holiday in St Martin-du-var

Fantastic and well kept pool, garden and outside space. Loved the veranda which provided some well needed shade at times. Hosts were friendly, understanding and accommodating. They went out of their way to ensure we had a good time. House well equipped with everything we needed

We love the guest house; it is a home away from home. The furniture is up to date and very comfortable. It was clean, organized and ample space. The hosts are very amiable and extremely attentive. The house is about 20 minutes away from the airport and city life. We enjoyed relaxing by the poolside as well as admiring the picturesque mountains the south of France has to offer.

Sandrine was so kind and answered our questions. The pros: beautiful clean pool, large yard, washing machine, nice location (20 min to Nice)Cons: no extra blankets or pillows This property is pristine and well maintained but dated. The toilet closet is difficult to use as the door swings in right next to the toilet. Uncomfortable to get in or out.The beds are on the firm side. It was a quiet neighborhood and we appreciated the tranquility.

Cordialement.

The hosts were very accommodating and able to support us with any questions we had. The house itself was spotlessly clean and well equipped. The patio and swimming pool was excellent and we used this a lot. We were expecting 2 bedrooms, but this is a 1 bedroom cottage and the second bedroom is actually in the lounge. Having said this we had a perfectly good time here and it was not a problem for us. We found the hosts very hospitable and they take care of their property.

Great location and house

We spend three weeks at this great location in the mountains with quite quick access to Nice, beaches and Monaco. The couple owning the property Sabine and Georges are very lovely people and always happy to help if required. The pool was great and the property well maintained. The house is next to the main house with a seperate access door and the garden is shared however enough privacy. The house was very complete with oven, microwave, washing machine, dish washer, water boiler and many other things. We really enjoyed our stay and made a lot of trips to the lovely beach of Villefranche sure Mer and Antibes where we visited a Fun Parc and Marineland. Monaco was also great but just relaxing at the property was enjoyable as well. Last but not least the location has an amazing view with great sunsets.
