Additional guests will have access to a second bedroom, that features a king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and ample closet space. The third bedroom features a twin over twin size bed, a flat-screen TV, and ample closet space. A shared full bathroom, around the corner, has a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

There is a laundry room with a washer/dryer combo, located across from the kitchen.

Guest Access:
Guest will have access to the entire home, outdoor patio, and the private hot tub. You will also have access to 1 free parking space in the garage.

Getting Around:
You are within walking distance of it all with this condo's most sought-after location in the heart of Park City Main Street Historic District. Park City Mountain Town Lift, about 2.5 blocks away, will bring you to the best ski runs in Park City. The FREE Main Street trolley is also a great choice for wandering around Park City Historic District. Uber and Lyft are always available.

Other Things to Note:
This condo has a central air conditioning unit.

Please note that the tub is serviced between guests. Sometimes the tub is just chemically treated but sometimes it has to be drained and refilled. Because of this, please note that the tub may be cold on your arrival and may not be hot on the first night of your stay. As such, if you wish to use it, please ensure you turn it on and turn up the temperature when you arrive. Be sure to keep the cover closed at all times when the tub is not in use!
