The property was extremely clean. The owner was easily accessible and instructions were very clear. We enjoyed some time sitting outside next to the lake Sunday afternoon. It was really nice. The shower was “the best” and the towels were really heavy. The studio met our needs for the weekend.

Great Location/ Fantastic Host

Smith Mountain Lake is an amazing area, making our visit much more enjoyable was the property. Check-in was simple and very efficient and the property was very clean & organized. The host (Allison) was wonderful to communicate with and was extremely helpful to ensure our stay was wonderful.

Smith Mountain Lake vacation

I had a great stay at this condo. The host was great. The room was super clean and stylish. The resort is beautiful. The fitness room is amazing. Also really liked the bar/restaurant Bruno’s which is located with the golf pro shop. There are so many things to do within a short drive as well.

Quick Trip to Virginia

This spot was exactly as advertised. Small, comfortable. Easy to find and quiet . Beautiful views. Allison was the perfect Host. the unit was well stocked with everything you would need for a short stay. My only complaint would be the pillows and mattress were rather low quality and not super comfy.

Nice location

Property is small and charming. Perfect for us and our pup. Bottom floor is convenient for dog outing. Allison was very helpful with suggestions of restaurants open on premises as well as other locations. Quick respose time as well. Beautiful setting at Smith Mountain Lake with lots to do and see. Beautiful vista of mountains from property. Great communication. We'll stay here again as needed to visit relatives in Bedford. Very conveniently licated only half hour away.

Great little lake studio

The studio unit has everything you need for a quick little getaway. The property was immaculately clean and well-appointed with all the necessities. The property is beautiful and you can walk around to little courtyard beside the building and be right on the water. Bonus surprise is the unbelievably good water pressure in the shower! The hosts made sure we could access everything easily & maintained great communication to ensure we had everything we needed. Thank you Allison & Michael!

Nice little get away

There is one pool on site with a hot tub that overlooks the lake. It was very nice. Right down from that is the private beach area that has chairs and chaise lounges available. Less than a half mile away is an indoor pool and hot tub and outdoor pool with slides and indoor free gaming area. The room was very clean, air condition blew cold. The hosts answered all questions and gave suggestions. Be aware that not all restaurants and event places are open earlier in the week. Great arcade at Bridgewater Marina. The only suggestion I would give to the owners is that a toaster would be a nice addition :)

My wife and I stayed for my 50th birthday and had an awesome time. The space is definitely on the smaller side, but there was plenty of room for both of us. The hosts were very accommodating and offered quick assistance with the check in process and even during our stay. I was there to mainly play golf, but having access to the amenities on the Mariner's Landing property was also a great bonus. Don't let the fact this unit doesn't face the water deter you. It was a very quick walk around the corner to the lake, pool, restaurant and plenty of comfortable seating areas to enjoy the views. We will definitely be back.

Nice Small Unit

Unit was clean and ok for short visit. Unit over looked parking lot with generators outside window. It was a first floor unit so you could not open shades. Nice large bath. Property was good, TIFFS restaurant was good choice for dinner one night.

Great Country Clun condo

Beautiful room, larger than it looks. Workable kitchen, queen bed, large bathroom, closet, drawers and cabinets for storage. Climate controls. Easy access to pools, gym, spa, golf, restaurants, Starbucks, shop. Friendly, helpful resort staff and neighbors.

3 night get away

The place was great for a short get away. The full size bed was an adjustment for us as we have a king at home but made it work. Only actual "complaint" is the shower head isn't tall people friendly and the hot water only lasts 7 minites. Other than that we truly enjoyed the place and would recommend for anyone looking for a quiet lake get away.

Short Stay

I did not have the opportunity to stay all days reserved. I had to go to Roanoke for assistance with a family members surgery. The hose was kind enough to give me a credit for a pet deposit since I was unable to bring my pup along.
