Land (olive grove of 6000 m²). Car park. Central heating. Including charges. Tourist tax extra Optional extra : bed and bathroom linen. Cleaning/end of stay package. An ideal place to charge your batteries and enjoy the great outdoors. 3 km from the village on the road to the Col de Brouis, in the heart of a 6000 m² olive grove. The owner has another gîte (n°5014) in his house located 50 m away. Ideally located in the Vallée des Merveilles, Breil is part of the Mercantour National Park. The Roya Valley, labeled a Land of Art and History by the Ministry of Culture, boasts a remarkably rich and diverse natural and cultural heritage. A transit and exchange area, extending along the border, it offers a chance to explore Italy. From Nice, take the Train des Merveilles (Wild Train), one of the most beautiful railway journeys in Europe! Detached house located in an olive grove in the Roya Mercantour valley
