At the crossroads of the Bévéra and Roya valleys, in the Mercantour National Park, 15 km from Menton, 40 km from Nice, and 8 km from Italy, in the Provence Alpes Côte d'Azur region, Sospel ( 350 m above sea level) is a small medieval village with a rich historical and architectural heritage located in the heart of unusual landscapes. Sospel is a central place to carry out many cultural and sporting activities (baroque music festivals, hiking, horse riding, mountain biking, paragliding, canyoning, etc.).
The 'Palais du Golf', a condominium dating from 1907, this building was the 'Golf Hotel' until the 1930s. Indeed, before the creation of the Monaco golf course, Sospel was 'Le' golf de la 'riviera française'. To get there, tourists took a tram connecting Menton to Sospel, specially built to reach the Golf.
Although the building needs a bit of paint, the apartment has been refurbished in the style of the time. It is ideally located, facing due south in a manicured park. Lovers of this region, we come to this apartment several times a year. Anxious to offer a comfortable place, we expect in return a respect for the goods and the site, in a relationship of mutual trust.

Très agréable séjour, dans un appartement très bien conçu pour 2 personnes, meublé et décoré avec beaucoup de goût, on s’y sent de suite chez soi ! l’immeuble est lui même fort bien situé, un peu à l’extérieur de Sospel avec une vue sans cesse renouvelée sur la vallée et les montagnes. Les transports en commun (car, train) permettent d’oublier la voiture et d’explorer cette merveilleuse région dans les meilleures conditions.

Le calme absolu pour cette location avec vue sur la montagne. Appartement impeccable, propreté et équipement irréprochable. Loggia très agréable. Région très belle à visiter : Menton et la côte, les villages perchés (Ste Agnès, Saorge, Tende, Haute Piène...) pas de quoi s'ennuyer. A recommander +++

Super séjour à Sospel dans cet appart spacieux

On a passé des super jours dans cet appart très agréable et super propre. L'équipement est parfait, il n'y a rien à dire! On en trouve tout. Aussi les horaires actuelles des bus et trains qui partent dans la région et aux villages/petites villes autours. On est tombées amoureuses du canapé et du groupe de chaises anciens à l'intérieur, car on a eu pas toujours le meilleur temps pour s'installer sur le balcon. La communication avec Mme Nicolas-Rabottin se passait sans problème. Elle était ouverte à toutes nos questions et demandes. C'est mieux d'avoir une voiture pour se déplacer parce que l'appart ne se trouve pas directement à Sospel. On a pris des bonnes 15 minutes en vélo de Sospel, toujours en montant la route. En tout cas, on peut vraiment recommander cet appart si on aime le calme, la nature et un appart ancien et très spacieux.

Charming Appartement, Terrific Landscape

We spended three weeks of holidays in that wonderful, charming appartement. The rooms are furnished tastefully, the equipment of the kitchen and the bathroom is very well, the owners are kind and ready to help. You can walk in the mountains, bath in the cool river or swim in the warm sea at Menton or Nice. And you can use the train to get easy from Sospel down to Nice or up to the mountains. And you can have your breakfast and dinner on the balconny, with a great view on the mountains. Best holidays you can have. Thank you very much. Sarah and Hannes, Hamburg

Totalement comblés par cette location idéalement située pour découvrir l'arrière pays de Menton et à deux pas du littoral. Pour l'appartement c'est un sans faute, cadre privilégié, prestations haut de gamme, très bien agencé où tout est pensé pour le confort et le bien être des occupants. Un magnifique appartement au calme

Nous connaissions le palais du golf car nous avons de la famille dans la région. L'immeuble a besoin d'une rénovation mais il a quand même du charme et surtout il est implanté dans un parc au calme. Les couloirs vétustes peuvent effrayés mais passé la porte de l'appartement et vous serez subjugué. Les murs de couleurs, les tapis très propres, les meubles et la décoration en général donnent à cette demeure un charme fou. Dans la cuisine il ne manque absolument rien et tout est dans un état impeccable, la literie est neuve et parfaite, la salle de bains bien agencée et le petit balcon fort agréable. Un séjour que je recommande pour toutes les personnes qui ont besoin de se ressourcer au calme, mais tout près de Menton et de Monaco.

Séjour au palais du golf à Sospel

Appartement décoré et aménagé avec goût, refait à neuf et très bien équipé. Les propriétaires ne sont pas sur place mais donnent toutes les indications nécessaires et sont facilement joignables. Sospel est idéal pour qui aime le calme, les promenades et randonnées en montagne.

Vacances au Golf de Sospel

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet appartement.Il est totalement refait à neuf , très confortable décoré avec beaucoup de goût et totalement conforme à la description de l'annonce. Les indications fournies par les propriétaires nous ont été très utiles. Ces derniers ont toujours été joignables par téléphone,et disponibles. Sospel présente l'avantage d'être entre la mer et la montagne,ce qui permet de varier les activités.Malheureusement le temps ne nous a pas gâté. Nous nous ferons un plaisir de revenir.
