Entrance via stairs onto balcony with furniture Living room including equipped kitchenette, dining area as well as a 2-person sofa bed (140x190cm) Small adjoining room including a 2-person sofa bed (140x190cm) Shower room with WC Electric heating. Charges included. Handover of keys to the country house before 6:00 p.m. We accept ONLY 1 pet per stay. Public parking 300 m away. Note the proximity of the bell tower which rings every hour night & day Live to the rhythm of a medieval village in the hills of Nice. Communal gîte on the first level of a character stone house, at the top of the village and adjoining the cemetery and Sainte-Marguerite church. You will enjoy the balcony during your coffee breaks and outdoor meals. Lucéram is a pedestrian, tourist village located 40 minutes from Nice and the coast. Many remains of the medieval castle can be seen going up through the cool streets of the village. To visit the museum of old tools and local history as well as the nursery museum, unique in the region. In December, many vacationers and visitors flock to the streets of the village to discover the different nativity scenes displayed here and there along the streets, from the smallest to the most imposing. For Christmas, the midnight mass is not to be missed with a living nativity scene, reflecting all the traditions of the village of yesteryear. Studio in a medieval village in the hills of Nice
