Quacker Jacks has everything you're looking for! Large family home, open concept, extra large kitchen featuring 2 cooking stations/stoves, 2 microwaves, and 2 dishwashers. Perfect space for family gatherings with lots of entertainment for all ages. Sleeps max 8-10 adults in 3 king and 1 queen bed and 8 kids to sleep in 5 twin and 1 full bunk. Total not more than 16 people (septic). Hot tub and heated pool from May-September.

Sitting on a 1/2 acre lot on the ocean side of Duck Road, our large, three-level, 4,100 square foot home offers large bedrooms with attached baths: 3 king,1 queen, 1 crib, 1 full with twin on top bunk, and 4 twin bunkbeds. Extras are a sleeper floor chair and multiple couches accommodate up to 16 people (not including kids under 2). Each room is equipped with a smart TV and much more. Our kitchen is stocked with everything you’ll need to make you feel at home (food processor, crockpots, air fryer, kitchen aid mixer, and much more.)

Enjoy the large, private, and solar-heated pool from early May through late September. Hot tub can be enjoyed year-round. For more family fun, we have plenty of movies, games, a pool table, cornhole, horseshoes, and a sand volleyball court.

BOOKING: Stays from June 1 through the start of Labor Day weekend require a 7-day stay, with check-in on Saturday at 3 pm and check-out the following Saturday at 10 am.

STRICT NO PETS ON THE PROPERTY: Even though we love animals very much, our family has many allergies that make their presence on the property prohibited. (If you are bringing any pet, please find a rental that allows pets and respect our rules.) Our external surveillance cameras (in place primarily for safety), neighbors, management, and cleaners will alert me if ANY animal is on the premises, and you will be asked to vacate immediately. (Please note: There is a great local animal boarding company right as you enter the island, and they allow you to check your animal in and out to enjoy the beach walks.)

This property is prohibited to be used by fraternities, sororities, groups under the age of 30, or unrelated underage groups as stated in the rental agreement. Proof of Valid ID may be required for booking.

LOCATION: Located on Plover Drive, we are the perfect distance from both the beach and downtown Duck. Enjoy Duck Donuts, Boardwalk, or Aqua Spa in the morning or dinner/shops in the evening without getting in your car. The house is located on the ocean side of Duck Road and is a straight, 7-minute walk to the private beach access where you can park your stroller, wagon, bike, or car.

SIZE: We have over 4100 sq. ft, and it’s stocked with everything that will make you feel that you are in your own home. The bedrooms are spacious. Our extra-large kitchen has 2 dishwashers, 2 microwaves, 2 stoves, 2 crockpots, coffee makers, and much, much, more. We also have a LOT of open yard around the pool and hot tub, so you won’t feel closed in as you swim.

QUALITY: This house doesn’t have your average beach house feel – you will get that feeling like you are HOME. High quality cleaning, linens provided (bring crib sheet and kitchen towels). Our beds are nice and cozy. We have an office whether it’s for that random work assignment or a working vacation away from it all. This house is fully stocked house from top to bottom. Perfect for large family gatherings during the holidays, anniversaries, or during the popular summer months. This property is ideal for responsible family gatherings and not a "party type run down house".

No Smoking and Strictly Enforced.

FOR THE KIDS: We have a baby gate (attached to the wall on the top floor stairs), Full Crib (Bring crib sheet), toys, wood high chair, kids cups, plates and utensils, pack and play (in MBR closet), games, baby play saucer, and black out curtains.

Please note: We have security cameras on property: security video recording on exterior of property: not inside the house.

Professionally cleaned to include all bed sheets/linens on all beds, Bath towels. PLEASE PACK YOUR BEACH TOWELS and any extra linens you may need. You may want to bring blankets during cooler months.

Upper level: Kitchen, TV room, King Master suite with attached bath and jacuzzi tub, reading nook, extra table for 4 in sitting area, 1/2 bath, and front and back decks.

Middle level: Private Work Office (with doors and laundry), 1 king room (private bath), 1 queen room with crib (private bath), 2 bunk bedrooms (4 twin size) and other room is 1 bunk bed (twin size on top of a full size), jack and jill bath shared by bunks rooms

Lower level: King room with attached full bath stand up shower, TV room, game room, mini kitchen with full size fridge, microwave, dishwasher (no lower level stove, but upstairs has 2!)

Outside: Pool, spa, decks, Volleyball, Basketball, Horseshoes, Games, 1/2 acre of privacy, charcoal grill, sun chairs, outdoor shower , 5-6 car driveway, cornhole, beach chairs, pool toys, pool umbrellas and chairs, shade, decks.

The Private pool is open from May through the end of September, and can be heated by solar only in May & September months when the outside temps are 70 degrees. Solar will not be available when temps are closer to upper 80’s. Pool lounge area has plenty of shade spots for those hot summer months with umbrellas and sun chairs. Outdoor picnic table. Decks lead to pool area, shower at pool area, umbrella, lounge chairs, charcoal grill, horseshoe, cornhole, ring toss, volleyball and basketball all right there on the 1/2 acre grassy lot. We do have about a few beach chairs for you to use at the beach. Please pack your Beach towels.

Please pack the following: Thicker Bed Blankets for colder months, Toilet paper, Paper towels, Trash bags, Dishwasher detergent, Coffee pods and/or filters & grounds, beach towels, make-up remover face towels and kitchen rags, Washer Machine HE Detergent, Dish soap for kitchen, hand washing items, crib sheet, extra pillow cases and linens for blow up bed or floor chair bed. We have some spices and oils, along with some other items that we leave behind. We do not have a beach umbrella.
