I feel like a little bit more accurate review is needed. It’s a good deal for the price and location. The pictures are accurate. Be aware the bathroom is very very tight. Overall it’s clean enough. but not updated or maintained. It’s a tired space for sure. Parking was very easy. That was appreciated. On my last morning at 7am the host opened a door to the space at the top of some stairs and turned on the lights in the unit and started rummaging through items. I was asleep. I did not think or expect anyone in the space. Very very unsettling for sure and did not feel safe or secure

A brilliant stay

This property was perfect for someone like me, in town for work, who needed a home base with all the amenities of kitchen, bathroom, Wifi etc, as well as laundry, which I did not need, but is available. A great place to stay!

Elizabeth was an absolutely wonderful and caring host!!! Communication was perfect. She goes above and beyond to make your stay a memorable one!! She was awesome!! Now, the place: 1) The neighborhood is beautiful and safe!! 2) Parking is free and unlimited, 3) 15 min walk to the metro, 4) full kitchen, 5) washer and drier. I didn't end up using all of these amenities, but it's great to have them should you need them. The bed is super comfortable and the WIFI works great!!!I can't wait to go back!!!! Thank you, Elizabeth!!!!

Bus stop is so close

This is my third timing staying. I found the N2/N4 bus right next to the house. It is so easy to ride the bus. I can't wait to come back in January.

It was like staying at a friends house. Laundry, netflix, kitchen, frig, microwave, clean, comfortable. I forgot something and they provided it instantly. I wish I could stay here every time I visit. Thank you so much!

The apartment was a basement so darker than I expected. Everything I needed was there. Comfortable bed and couch. Would’ve liked a desk or table for studying. Elizabeth was great with communication. A real bargain!

Everything you need

The communication with the host was fantastic from the very beginning, even when I had a couple changes in schedule. The basement apartment, While looking like your relatives Guest room, it has everything you need washer dryer, kitchen, and an extremely comfortable bed. The neighborhood is absolutely gorgeous and worth walking through and you can also walk to Starbucks and several restaurants and a smoothie store and CVS. Close to the metro this is a great place for someone to stay, who wants to get out and explore the city!
