Our spacious townhome was just updated in 2022! We're just a short walk to the Beach and just steps to the Pool and free hard Tennis Courts. Enjoy more than 150 Restaurants, Cafes, Shops, Several Golf Courses, Miniature Golf, Boat Tours & Rentals, Health/Beauty Spas & Salons and Outside Adventures like Kayaking & Dolphin Cruises and Guided Birding & Nature Tours.

Travel a short distance from your serene beach getaway and visit Charleston or Savannah for low-country charm or stay on the island and relax in the charm and warmth of the unchanged natural island setting.

Enjoy the beaches of the Atlantic Ocean, as well as the Van der Meer Tennis University, the Players Club Fitness Center, and the shops and restaurants of Coligny Plaza. Our Townhouse is within a walking distance or a bike ride to them all!

Spend the day at the beach and enjoy the 12 miles of white sand ideal for beachcombing, jogging, biking, volleyball, paddleball, or building a sand castle. There are also miles and miles of biking and jogging trails.

Our villa provides every amenity possible. Decorated in a tropical decor, the ground floor includes a living area, a full kitchen with appliances, dining area, along with a breakfast bar and stools. There is also a separate bedroom and a full bath. The unit offers a private deck just steps from the pool!

Each bedroom suite on the 2nd level has its own full bathroom. The queen bed in one bedroom and twin beds in the 2nd bedroom. The washer and dryer is also located on the second level.

Linens and towels are provided in all three bedrooms. The two-story townhouse design ensures that there is no one sleeping above you --to guarantee a quiet evening's rest.

Whether you're looking for a place close to the beach, a quiet tropical setting, or a high energy/high activity vacation, our townhome can offer it all.

Ocean Breeze was fantastic! It had everything we could need! One of the best stocked kitchens I’ve ever experienced! It had a closet stocked with beach chairs, games, umbrellas and sand toys. The home was very comfortable, clean and in a great location!

This is the third time we have stayed in the Ocean Breeze complex and this unit was by far the cleanest unit we have stayed in. We love the kocation and easy access to bike paths and closeness to Coligny Square.

My family had the best time in Hilton Head and this location is mostly why. Very vlose proximity to the pool, close to the ocean, and very quiet. The hosts were responsive to all of my inquiries and helped make my stay as seemless as possible. The residence had plenty of space and the beach toys in the condo were a huge plus.

Getting the key was a little difficult as you were taken by GPS to a random office location to grab it- in the middle of the night after a long day of travel this was not fun. Once we arrived we were pleasantly surprised at the size and cleanliness of the location.

Great girls getaway

The location and accommodations were great! The home was comfortable and had all of the amenities that we needed, including beach chairs and a wagon to haul everything to the beach. The beach is a short walk and is absolutely beautiful. There is a pool right behind the unit and it was never overcrowded. The hosts were very responsive when we had questions and were very accommodating. I would highly recommend staying here. Thank you Jackie and Jon for a fabulous stay!

Great family vacation

We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and offered all the amenities we could ask for. The only thing we didn’t care for was having to drive to a different location for the parking passes, but it was easy enough. The walk to the beach took about 15-20 minutes. We would stay here again!

Property was as advertised. We had half the family here and the other half at Grand Ocean Resort. The walk to the beach is moderate but we had access to the Grand Ocean Resort so not a problem for us. Once we figured out how to use the remotes and appliances it was perfect. Would stay here again

Beach vacation

We are regulars to HHI. Always stay somewhere different. Personally for me, this was the longest walk to the beach we have had. It's not bad for us (early 30s and a couple kids) but it was no good for my mom and MIL who we had to drive and drop them off and then walk back they are 64 and 69. House was clean pool was nice.

Girls weekend

Beautiful condo, great location. A bit confusing getting parking pass at a different location then got lost trying to find our condo with gps. Tight fit for parking, if you have a big vehicle it is difficult to get in and out of the parking spots, also, no assigned parking spots. It was a very quiet place for being a big complex and I would definitely recommend it to others.

Nice space and rooms

Overall we had a great stay. I would recommend this place. When we arrived we noticed the cleaners did not vacuum. We let Jacqueline know and within 45 minutes cleaners arrived. We know this was not the owners fault as they rely on cleaners to do their job. Great response time from owners. The property was a little farther than we thought to the beach. Adults biking or walking would be fine but kids and there stuff makes it far. It is .7 walk not far for adults or older kids. Property itself needs some tlc in the kitchen especially the range. Stove top was in rough shape. The back slider needs to be fixed. Its tough to close or open.. Bedrooms are nice, they each have a full bath and it makes getting ready easier. We enjoyed our stay and Jacqueline was a great host.

Family vacation

The villa is in a great location, close to Coligny Plaza, pool and beach access, though it’s a little far for walking. Definitely recommend bike rental. Unit is spacious and was perfect for a family of 6. Cute beach decor. Kitchen is well equipped. Property manager was quick to respond and helpful. The only cons are that there were only 2 beach chairs for such a big unit. We purchased a few more and left them for future renters. The speed bumps at the complex are atrocious, they’re really rough on the car, and the process for getting a parking pass was inconvenient. Overall though there were only a few minor inconveniences and would highly recommend. We had a great time visiting Hilton Head!

Mixed Emotions

Property was clean and amenities plentiful. However, I was not able to get our parking pass due to incorrect name on envelope which was resolved two days later but was an inconvenience. Also screen door handle fell off the first day and when reported we were told someone would be out to repair the next morning--however, no one showed up so we had to leave it propped open so it would not lock us out for the duration of our stay. We was there for 5 days and no one bothered to follow-up with us regarding door repair. Living room furniture and rugs need to be updated. Plenty of cookware and dinning utensils. Loved the setup but hated the location... difficult to find apartment in the complex.
