This spacious, comfortable townhouse with kitchen, living rm, dining rm. and bath rm. on first floor. Second floor has two bedrooms each with private full bath. You are just across forest beach Dr. from the beach. That’s 550 feet from The sand . You’ll be walking distance from 5 star restaurants including the well known Tiki Hut with live music and beach volleyball. We are Very excited about the completion of the Low Country Park, which will include a large lawn for festivals, Concerts, gatherings and a sandbox children's Museum. Also walking trails, Boardwalks and Exercise stations. You are also within walking distance of a grocery store , a liquor store and sandwich shops. You’ll also find many souvenir and clothing shops in Coligny again all within walking distance.

Location was perfect and the condo met our needs for our family of four. We got in a few hours ahead of schedule and we were able to check-in early to get a head start on our vacation! We loved our stay!

Enjoyed our stay—the short walk to the beach is wonderful and the unit is well appointed. Best couch of any rental we have had. They have towels and a beach blanket and other beach supplies for those flying in, which is nice. Hopefully the construction project next door will be complete soon for those who like to sleep in. Overall, would stay here again!

There was no deadbolt on the front door when we arrived, the back sliding door is locked using a slider lock, no actual lock at all. The rooms were upstairs & not child friendly at all. After our keypad died the 3rd night we were there, we had to stand outside & wait for a locksmith until 2:30am (total of about 6 hours in August heat) with a 2 year old. No offer to go anywhere or have additional housing provided. This experience will be our last with this host or VRBO ever again due to such poor customer service.

My apologies for the unforeseen circumstances. Your husband told me you were staying at a neighboring villa until the lock was repaired Also, I reimbursed you a night for the inconvenience. Sometimes things happen in life that are beyond anyone’s control. This was one of those situations I did everything we could to make things right paid $900 for an emergency Locksmith and again reimbursed you for the night sorry that wasn’t enough for you and I’m not sure what you mean by not child safe. No one has ever made that statement before.

Cozy and comfortable

This condo is comfortable and provides all you need to spend a day at the beach. We all enjoyed the sparkling clean pool on hot afternoons. The condo is comfy with plenty of space for 6. We all enjoyed our stay.
