The holiday house is surrounded by 674 sqm large, enclosed garden property with flowers and bushes. The owners can organize wine tastings. Depending on the length of your stay, you will be presented with specialties from the region.
Charming holiday home in Istria. You can expect 300m² of pure vacation with 7 bedrooms, 1 kitchen and 9 bathrooms.

The house has a historical character as it was a pub a long time ago and was also inhabited by local teachers. It consists of two parts that are connected via the terrace.

The smaller part has two bedrooms and a small kitchen. The large part consists of a kitchen equipped with professional equipment.
The owners can organize wine tastings and give you specialties from the region.

All guests who book our Villa Nika must give the owner a deposit of € 300 when entering the house. After your vacation with us has ended, the landlord will check the house and if there is no damage to the property, you will get the € 300 back.
