CASA BOZZERO, elegant and modern rustic with 2 apartments

Welcome to CASA BOZZERO,
in this oasis of peace, nature and sea we offer travelers a Rustico built with the best contemporary and ancient finishing materials such as Istrian stone and solid wood. The structure is arranged over three floors to satisfy the pleasure of a unique panorama of the landscape and the sea which is 1.5 km away (Krnicki Porat) reachable by following the descent that runs alongside the property. On the terrace on the first floor there is the outdoor living room suitable for breakfasts and aperitifs to be enjoyed with a view of the 24 sqm swimming pool. On the ground floor there are two BBQs under a canopy one and under a pergola the other, swimming pool, solar shower, two gardens and private and free parking spaces. There are games for children inside and outside, also for the swimming pool. The ground floor apartment has a living room with built-in kitchenette, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom plus a cot for the little ones, a closet and a full bathroom. With an external staircase you get to the first floor apartment consisting of the living area with large living room, built-in kitchen and closet, service bathroom, a staircase naturally lit by a skylight leads into the sleeping area on the second floor consisting of a large double bedroom , bedroom with bunk bed, full bathroom, balcony with view of the island of Cres and Losinj by day and the Milky Way by night. All the windows are arranged in the south and east area to guarantee a certain brightness. Casa Bozzero is insulated with 10 cm of external polystyrene useful to maintain a mild and constant temperature in the rooms. The two apartments are equipped with appliances, air conditioning, satellite TV, heating with pellet stoves and electric air conditioning.
There are 4 beds for each apartment but two more singles can be added and another 4 for the two sofa beds, total 14 beds.
At 200 m there are three bar restaurants (Konoba Da Rocco, Grill and Cocktail Bar Jeanette, Kum) of which two are also pizzerias, a market (Miracolo) where you can find a little bit of everything, a Post Office.
Other nearby seaside resorts are Rakalj (3 Km), Duga Uvala (6 Km), Rabac (33 Km), Medulin, Premantura, Stoja, Verudela, Banjole, Pomer, Fasana, Pjescana Uvala, Valkane (25 Km, direction Pula). In the sea below Casa Bozzero on the port of Krnica you can also rent a boat with skipper and you can go with your own vehicle, by bicycle or taxi (Taxi Cameo) or on horseback by visiting the Ranch Barba Tone. The PortoRico restaurant awaits you facing the sea. There are also Montain Bike itineraries and the possibility to rent jet skis.
The visits to the Zmjni Cave, the Aquacolors water parks in Porec and Istralandia in Novigrad, the Dinopark in Funtane deserve a full day.
