This older house, offering modest comfort, is located on Avenue de l'Océan, 50 meters from the beach access and 200 meters from shops. It comprises: an entrance hall, a living/dining room with a television, an open-plan kitchen equipped with a four-burner gas hob, oven, two small refrigerators, microwave, and dishwasher, a separate WC, a shower room with a washbasin, walk-in shower, and washing machine. There is one bedroom with a 130cm bed, a second bedroom with a 140cm bed and a 90cm bed, and a television, as well as a separate sleeping alcove with a child's bed. Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant. Linens are not provided but can be rented from our partner; please contact us.
