We are nestled in a neighborhood that is conveniently close to so much of what Wilmington has to offer. Enjoy the main house with its 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a fabulous Sunroom with wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling windows and vaulted ceiling overlooking an inviting in-ground pool (not heated). There is a washer and dryer that you are welcome to use on the back wall of the sunroom. Across the pool is a studio tiny house that is all yours to use as well. It comes equipped with a modest kitchen, bathroom and all the privacy you need to get away. It has a queen bed and a sofa bed and comfortably sleeps 3. You have full access to both houses except for two closets that are used to store our tools and supplies to upkeep the houses. The double driveway leaves plenty of room to bring a mid-size boat! We are less than 5 minutes to a boat ramp!

*For our safety and yours, we do have two door ring cameras. One is on the door to the main house and the other is on the door to the tiny house.

*There is no gate around the pool. It is completely open and is only the steps away from the sunroom and the tiny house. Please be aware of your children and anyone else that does not know how to swim.
