Could not have stayed at a better place the home was amazing had everything you needed to feel like you was at home the home was so beautiful and Mrs Rebecca was the best host even had a goody bucket waiting for us and if we needed anything all we had to do was call but the home had everything we needed couldn’t have ask for anything else would definitely recommend it and have recommended it to others already and will definitely stay there again

Absolutely loved this house and yard! Everything was super clean, organized and extra care was put into everything to make us feel welcome! The house was stocked with everything! The host reached out to ask if we wanted the pool cleaned or needed anything. The area is close to shops, restaurants, beaches, etc. We will choose this house again if we visit Wilmington next year!

Celebrating birthdays and family

Our stay was everything we could hope for! The house was decorated beautifully and spacious enough for six adults and two teens and one little one. The backyard was an oasis. We only left to go to beach one day because it close and beautiful! This is our second time using Vrbo and will again!

Such a great vacation spot!

This house was amazing. We had 7 adults and we all fit great. The private pool and hot tub were so nice to have. We drove to both Wrightsville Beach and Carolina Beach and finding them and parking were so easy. There is also plenty of good food around. The house itself is gorgeous and Rebecca made the check in and check-out process so easy! We would definitely come back on our next trip to Wilmington.

What a great house and wonderful host. The house is even better than the photos depict. Rebecca was helpful from the booking process through our departure. The bright spot to a rainy weekend.

This property is absolutely awesome. It was lovely inside and out. It is super well equipped. We had one nice day and the pool and the hot tub where big winners with everyone. The neighborhood is nice a quite so it is very easy to relax in the evenings but the property is super close to the beaches so if you want to partake of the beach night life its a easy trip. I really can't say enough nice things about this place. It is going on my list of places to stay on my return trips to the area.

Stunning beach getaway

Great house and property managers. House is exactly as listed on the description, with accurate drive times to beach. The pool, hot tub and backyard are great for a family or couple vacation. Neighborhood is quiet. The property manager was very quick to respond when a cable holding the shade screen broke and had it fixed just a couple of hours later. It’s the best VRBO experience I have had with a manager.

Immaculate with a Backyard Oasis

My family and I have stayed at numerous vacation rentals, but this home is at the top of our list. If you plan to visit Wilmington or and surrounding communities, there’s no need to look anywhere else. The home is centrally located to all beaches, food and attractions. After a long day it was nice to unwind in the pool and hot tub in a beautifully landscaped yard. As a bonus you may see flocks of Canadian Geese fly overhead. Six Stars!!

RELAX, RENEW, REJUVINATE

Myrtle Grove provided all we needed to have one of the best long weekends possible. Every need was met, the house was clean and when you opened the door you were greeted with an aroma that had you reaching out to find out "Where can I buy this scent" . Rebecca and Mike are the the most attentive host's. Right down to our departure when we had car trouble, they were there to help. Overall a GREAT stay at a GREAT property.

We Had A Time

We Had a wonderful Stay it Was my sister B-Day and my sister said that Heater in the master Bathroom was Amazing and Rebecca Was Friendly and attentive to all our needs but the home was already stocked with everything we needed the pool was wonderful and the Hot Tub was Amazing and her home was beautiful and clean I recommend this property that has a party 3 or more as the home offers adequate bedrooms and space and the beach was literally 5 Mins away from the property (driving ..Kure Beach) I definitely give this property 5- Stars ⭐️ 🌟⭐️🌟⭐️..

Myrtle Grove Rental

Clean and very well maintained home with lots of extra touches to make you feel welcome. In reading through so many VRBO property descriptions we mistakenly thought that this one provided beach chairs and it does not. The backyard was beautiful though so we used it more than the beach. Our primary purpose of travel was to attend family functions and a wedding. Would definitely stay here again as the price was reasonable/affordable compared to the high cost of beach block or beachfront units.

Soccer Weekend at Myrtle Grove

This house was perfect for our weekend visit to Wilmington for a soccer tournament! The host was unbelievably accommodating. We had 3 families staying and utilized each bedroom. They added a Queen blow up mattress to make an additional bed for all the girls to stay in the upstairs space together, which they loved! We had a great time relaxing between games at the pool and utilizing the hot tub at night. Even had a cookout one night in the spacious backyard with grill and plenty of seats for hanging out. The communication was great and the girls loved the little note and gift basket wishing them luck at the soccer tournament! Would definitely come back and highly recommend.

Superb Vacation Home Rental

Honestly, this is my dream home. The pictures are on point for what you will see both in the house and outside of the house. When my family and self walked in, we were astonished. The living room/dining room was very opened spaced. The kitchen was the perfect setup for cooking almost all our meal at home. The nook looking out the window to the backyard included such an amazing view of the hot tub and pool. The owners do the care themselves and you can truly see the love they have of this vacation home rental. They communicated with me and arranged.care to be provided during our stay. Nothing interfered with our plans or fun. Our girls got out many mornings and evenings and road their bikes/trikes while we walked with them through the neighborhood. We jammed by the pool and grilled out on the charcoal grill. On the very few rainy days we had the kids were able to play with the variety of games. It is located close to everything (Walmart Supercenter, Food Lion Grocery store, 24hr gas station, the boardwalk, Jungle Rapids, Aquarium, and even downtown Wilmington was only a short drive to enjoy. We were blessed to find such an amazing rental and owners!!!

Just What We Needed!

What a great place to gather family! We met for a birthday celebration with 6 adults. Our plan was to hang out and visit for our 5 night stay (we were all coming from 3 different states) and “do whatever” with no real “must do, and this home and location made that easy. It is in a quiet neighborhood. It is so welcoming and even had some seasonal touches for the Fall. Being a cook, I appreciated the quality of what is provided to use in the kitchen. There are more than enough place settings, both everyday items and sturdy plastic ware for outdoor use around the pool and hot tub. The supplies available made those runs to the store avoidable. Bedrooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable!! There are plenty of pillows and extra blankets. It was great that each couple had their own bathroom and the little touch of personal make up wipes, shampoo, conditioner and lotion was very nice. The washer and dryer were easily accessible and also nice quality. We enjoyed the games after dinner (instead of TV watching for a change) and they provided great family time and LOTS of laughs! The outdoor area is great! Being from NH, we enjoyed the the clean pool in spite of the cooler temperatures in NC and it was great to use the hot tub to warm up! My husband loved the beverage fridge in the screened in porch for convenience when outside. We went to Wilmington center twice and to Carolina Beach for a few hours, both not too long of drive. We had zero problems! 5 stars all around :)

Wedding in Wilmington

We have rented quite a few VRBOs. This is definitely one of our best finds! The homes proximity to downtown Wilmington was about 20 minutes.The communication with the owners was seamless. The attention to detail, was amazing. Certainly the backyard is unbeatable. The pool, hot tub, seating areas, BBQ, screened porch (stocked with water!), and supply of towels was appreciated and unexpected. The beach is 8 miles, but we never went because the backyard was so good! We love to cook when we stay in a VRBO. The kitchen being stocked is important to us. This home has everything you need and more! Each bedroom had its own supply of towels laid out with shampoo, soap etc. all tied in a bow! Beds were comfortable, bathrooms well stocked and spotless. The entire home is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We felt very welcomed. If this fits with your destination, look no further! You've found a jewel.

Rebecca and Mike have lived in Wilmington for over 20 years. We love the beach, boating and hosting guests in this beautiful home with a very comfortable 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The in ground, saltwater swimming pool is perfect to spend all day in or jump in after playing at the beach. In the spring, fall and winter the hot tub and gas firepit is relaxation at its finest.
A friendly warning though, once you visit Wilmington and it’s wonderful beaches you will want to come back again and again!

Why they chose this property

This home is in a quiet, family oriented neighborhood with large lots. It is easy to find and super close to everything! With the spacious house (2000 sq ft) and back yard, there is plenty of room to be together, while maintaining some privacy. It is a short 15 min drive to Carolina Beach and a 20 min drive to Wrightsville Beach. If you like to wander around a riverfront with amazing shops, river walk, and eateries, you won’t want to miss Downtown Wilmington. And of course, a quick search on your phone will guide you to some amazing places to eat!
We have 1 actively recording camera overlooking the front yard, driveway and street for your safety and security. It records video and audio and is on the exterior of the property.
