Modern ambience in historic Dreiseitenhof. The house can accommodate 6 people (and 2 children). In the house there are three double bedrooms. First double room on the ground floor with box spring bed - second double room upstairs and third double room in the attic floor with sloping floor. Upstairs there is a small alcove in the hallway with a bunk bed for 2 children. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious dining room and the living room with TV and fireplace. A bathroom with shower and separate toilet is upstairs. Another toilet is on the ground floor. Sufficient towels and bath towels are ready for you. The house Sofie has a patio in the courtyard and another terrace in the garden with lounge furniture, barbecue and beach chair.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus in perfekter Lage
Das Landhaus Sobrigau ist ca. 15 km von Dresden entfernt. Das Haus entsprach komplett unseren Erwartungen, es ist ein Mix aus altem Gemäuer und moderner Einrichtung. Das Haus ist sehr komfortabel eingerichtet, es fehlte nichts. Bis ins kleinste Detail wurde darauf geachtet, dass der Gast sich wohl fühlt.
Die Kommunikation zwischen Besitzer/Hausmeister und Gast funktioniert auch problemlos. Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt, dass wir auf alle Fälle wiederkommen.

Schöne, großzügige Ferienwohung
Schöne, saubere, gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit genug Platz für sechs Leute. Gute Lage für Ausflüge nach Dresden und Umgebung. Großes Einkaufszentrum ist knappe 10 Minuten mit Auto entfernt. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Schön renoviertes altes Haus in kleinem Dorf oberhalb von Dresden
Wir waren zu fünft für 6 Tage eingemietet. Die Zimmer waren für 2 Paare und eine Einzelperson zwar etwas verwinkelt aber schön renoviert.
Die Küche voll eingerichtet.
Das Esszimmer (siehe Bild) rustikal, ganz nach unserem Geschmack.
Schlüssel und Abrechnung ohne Probleme durch freundliche Verwalterin, gleich zwei Häuser weiter.
