About this property

In the heart of Vail 2 bed 2 bathroom whole condo

Your party will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located condo with slope views. Eagle Bahn Gondola and Chair 8 are 250ft away from your front door. Walk to all the local restaurants, hiking trails, ski slopes, and entertainment. This property boasts two hot tubs and year-round access to the heated pool. Relax by the fireplace in the evening or enjoy the sunset from your balcony. This unit also comes with a private ski locker for easy storage. Come enjoy your stay with us!

This space is located on the second floor on the west side of the building. This room has everything your party will need including a fully equipped kitchen, which is perfect for cooking for large parties or over the holidays. Under the sink you will find trash bags, extra paper towels, soaps and all the amenities you would need. Each bedroom will have extra blankets and pillows located in the closet. The pullout couch also has a pack of blankets, pillows, and sheets in the main hallway closet. Six full sets of towels are placed in each bathroom, with two sets of soaps to get your started. There are two Roku TVs located in the unit and the living room has a relaxing gas fireplace.

Guests will have full access to their reserved units, common deck/pool areas, assigned ski locker, and community laundry room. One covered parking spot is also offered. Access information for all of these areas are located in the Welcome Binder inside the unit.

Only one vehicle allowed per HOA.

Bedrooms/bath

Master bedroom bed is very small and the mattress needs to be replaced. It’s got a high spot in the middle of the bed and very low on side next to bathroom. Bathroom is very very small. No room to move. Second bedroom has two twin beds that are very comfortable and an attached very large vanity/sink with lots of drawers. Bathroom/tub is nice sized too. Master needs to be remodeled. Rest of the house is awesome. It needs some plastic containers for left over food storage and baggies, plastic wrap, and foil. The place was very spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed staying there.
