About this property

Cozy round log villa with SwimSpa, whirlpool and sauna

The cozy wooden house, which is to rent as a complete object, with a spacious garden extends over 300 square meters on a total of 3 floors. It has 5 bedrooms and a bedroom connected to one of the bedrooms with a bunk bed.

In the garden there is a year-round outdoor jacuzzi and a beautiful outdoor sauna (for the outdoor sauna incurs additional costs if used).

Three of the bedrooms and a shared bathroom are located on the top floor of the wooden chalet.

The lowest floor is designed as a separate apartment and also has a cozy infrared sauna for 2 people. Except from the bunk beds, all beds are large double beds with 180x200cm lying surface. In total there are two bedrooms in the lower living area.

The lower living unit also has complete underfloor heating and also a very cozy BIOFIRE basic oven.

Both units are first class, especially in the kitchens.

The upper living unit offers space for 14 people on a long table.

Parking is available in front of the villa.
The villa is embedded in the beautiful nature of the Eifel. Immediately on the Burgen hiking trail invites the stay to discover nearby castles such as Wildenburg or the castle Reifferscheid.
Even for children there is much to discover in this still untouched nature.

Due to the location of the villa in the beautiful nature here are the nearest local shops (net market / bakers / butchers) about 3 km away. Regular storage is recommended for the stay.

In winter, many nearby mountain hiking trails and meadows offer opportunities for tobogganing.

Nice tour groups, especially families and hiking groups are welcome.
For corporate incentives, we will gladly prepare an individual offer for you, especially in the period between Monday and Friday.

For bowling, bachelor parties and similar travel groups, this villa is unfortunately not provided.

In particular, pure groups of men are not admitted due to negative experiences without agreement. We kindly ask you to search for a more suitable accommodation for the purpose of your journey or to consult us in advance.

Der Kontakt zum Gastgeber war sehr angenehm. Die Unterkunft ist optimal ausgestattet umauch in der du klären Jahreszeit die Seele baumeln zu lassen und sich richtig gut zu erholen. Für unsere Konstellation wäre es noch besser gewesen, wenn die obere und untere Wohnung innliegend verbunden wären. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt.

Wir waren nun schon zum dritten Mal in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus und sind jedes Mal aufs Neue begeistert! Der Gastgeber ist herzlich und aufmerksam – es hat uns an absolut nichts gefehlt. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man für eine erholsame Auszeit braucht: Pool, Sauna und Whirlpool sind einfach traumhaft. Auch die Region ist wunderschön und lädt zu schönen Wanderungen ein. Wir haben unseren nächsten Aufenthalt bereits gebucht und freuen uns schon riesig. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Wunderschöne und saubere Anlage, der Vermieter antwortet sehr schnell und ist sehr freundlich. Es gibt nur zwei minimale Kritikpunkte, die Messer in der Küche waren nicht besinders scharf und wir waren erst mit der Bedienung der Sauna etwas verwirrt, aberbdas tut dem gesamten nichts. Es war ein widnerbarer Urlaub, der gerne hätte länger sein dürfen, sehr gerne wieder.

Wir waren zum 2. mal in dem Haus - und es war wieder ein Traum.Bei Anreise gab es vom Vermieter ein paar kleine Willkommensgeschenke.Aber das ist natürlich nur das i-Tüppelchen.Das Haus ist einfach super eingerichtet, bietet Platz für alle. Es ist sauber, super gepflegt. Dann die Sauna, der Jacuzzi, neu: ein Pool und ein paar Fitnessgeräte im Garten.Der nächste Aufenthalt wird bereits in Angriff genommen

Perfekes Wellness-Ferienhaus in malerischer Lage

Wir waren von Freitag bis Sonntag mit einer größeren Gruppe in dem Ferienhaus und waren alle begeistert. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, modern & top ausgestattet, sodass wir viele selbst mitgebrachte Dinge gar nicht benötigt haben. Die Sauna und der Whirlpool funktionieren super und sind einfach zu bedienen, auch der Kontakt zu Familie Misch war stets freundlich, schnell & sehr unkompliziert. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und hatten eine sehr sehr tolle Zeit!

Traumhafter Aufenthalt im Hellenthal

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Familien Wochenende im wunderschönen Hellenthal. Der Kontakt und die Abwicklung waren sehr unkompliziert. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Und hat das Wochenende so gut gefallen, dass wir schon den nächsten Aufenthalt gebucht haben.

Tolles Ferienhaus, sehr schöne Umgebung und netter Vermieter

Wir waren mit der großen Familie (6 Erwachsene, 5 Kinder) im Oktober für eine Woche in der Ferienvilla. Haus und Grundstück sind wirklich ein Traum. Es gibt zahlreiche Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten und alles ist in einem äußerst gepflegten Zustand. Die Kinder haben Pool, Whirlpool, Kickertisch und vieles mehr genossen. Die Umgebung ist wurderschön. Wir waren wandern, Pilze sammeln, haben Fahrradtouren gemacht, waren im Wildpark mit Greifvogelstation (absolute Empfehlung), haben Burgen und viele hübsche kleine Orte besichtigt. Sowohl der Vermieter selbst, also auch die nette Dame, die uns das Haus übergeben hat, waren jederzeit ansprechbar und überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können die Unterkunft mit bestem Gewissen empfehlen und haben selten so ein gemütliches und modern eingerichtetes Ferienshaus gesehen. Für Haus und Vermieter also (mindestens) volle Punktzahl! Abstriche gab es (mal wieder) nur beim Vermittler FeWo-direkt. Seit Jahren ist dort (warum auch immer) nur Kreditkartenzahlung möglich. Außerdem bekommt es FeWo nicht hin, nachvollziehbare Reiseunterlagen zu versenden. Andere Portale schaffen das problemlos. Wir erhielten 2 Tage vor Abreise Informationen nur auf englisch (warum?), von einer anderen Firma "Vrbo" (wer ist das?). Darin fehlten dann auch noch entscheidende Information, wie z.B. Kontaktdaten des Vermieters für Anreise. Auch die Adresse des Hauses fehlte in den Reiseunterlagen. Fazit: Haus und Vermieter top/Vermittler flop
